I’ve only gone in to eat twice and some of the tables are clean, I appreciate the worker bringing the food to the table! It’s nice and quiet but I rather do drive thru, sauces will be forgotten occasionally but the food is always fresh and the fries are always salty to my liking so I don’t even mind going back around or inside for them

Completely messed all three items up in our order tonight. We waited for 20 minutes and were the only people in line for 10 of those. Fries are cold and stale and they only filled half of the container up.

We went to McDonald’s cause we saw an ad that said 10 piece chicken nuggets for $6 and when we went to pay they over priced us. They told us that coupon was buy one get one free but they failed to tell us that the coupon was expired. When we spoke to a manger she ignored and left my mom talking to herself. It would’ve been nice if they had told us in advanced that they didn’t have that sale anymore before we payed.

Expect to stand around waiting for help. Especially during daytime hours. There are two different older women who seemingly stand around doing little to no work. One lady avoided taking orders from customers for twenty minutes until another employee finally came back with customers in line.

It was fast food, but place was clean, easy to get to. They recently renovated their Playland. All new equipment with some unique pieces that my franddaughter loved. The was good. The staff very friendly, even brought the food out to the playland.

I went to this particular McDonald’s recently. The drive-thru was quick and the employee responded politely. The prices were considerably higher than expected. I was able to get back on the freeway fast. Unfortunately, upon opening my dinner I found that the cook didn’t make my order correctly. So, getting on and off the freeway quickly is of no benefit.

This stores general manager is absolutely rude to the workers. Has no respect for people and has driven away their employees over the years. Poor management results in poor service. The “Food” they serve here isnt worth it and has just gotten terrible over the years. This location only cares to take your money but will either Provide Extremely salty or cold food. Not worth the prices

There are some great employees there they remember your names and some are very respectful and have a great smile on court street in Janesville Wisconsin managers are great some people need to understand that there jobs are hard at times low on employees and they try there best to get everything right they need to be respectful towards them not yell or offend them and if they don’t like the service there then find somewhere else to go no I Don’t work there just another customer and I care about them they are very hard working employees yes some of them are very rude and you can report them to there Manager’s the will resolve there problem just don’t go off yelling at them act like an adult not like some crazy customer they have feelings Just want to say Thank you at the McDonald’s on court street in Janesville Wisconsin
