The staff is very nice. I had issues with my card and the young man behind the counter told me not to worry about it and that our lunch was on them. I got my card working and tried to pay and he wouldn’t let me. Very nice workers.

I don’t even want to give them a star. But I do want to leave a complaint. They were being really rude during my order. Claiming they could hear me, understand me. Then they didn’t even give me the free promotions I was supposed to get. On top of that, they had this attitude as if I’m the one being the trouble maker. They rolled their eyes, scoffed at me and gave me a attitude that was disrespectful. I want to pretend they were having a bad day but they just kept on being mean. Makes me think they were being racist, which I really hope is not true. And the cherry on top? They didn’t give me a straw after all that and still charged me extra for the “free promotions”. That’s when I decided, ok I’m leaving a complaint.

It would be nice if they can serve any other pie besides apple and this days they hire young kids to work every other meal I get it’s wrong .they argue with you on the drive true window and making fun with customers talking to each other management need to pay more attention as of nay 28 new visit to mcd again disappointed order never complete again its been so many visits its getting worse I hope the fix their problem

Drive thru lady yelled at me Bc I didn’t have a dime and picked one up outside on the drive thru path and handed it to her. She yelled at me and said it’s for the children! It was outside and on the drive. Therefore it’s public property. And obviously not in the mcd money box which is reserved “for the children.” It was a dime on the ground! And the only amount short I was. I didn’t have a dime! I had 3 pennies and gave her that. She yelled at me and said, and I quote, “ Don’t come back here again unless you have money!!!” The guy behind me I know heard her. Probably the person in front too. I’ve never received such poor and rude service ever in my life!! And for a dime!! To quote Stephanie from Full House, “ how rude!!”

Came here because I thought it would be kid friendly with play area and all. Kids earned a free small sundae from the library brought them here to use them, and was told sorry one per visit. I asked “so you want me go home and bring my kids in one at a time?” Was told that was the policy. Poor leadership.
