Went here for the first time for breakfast. When I got my food I asked for jelly she gave me 3 with attitude and the crazy part is I had 6 breakfast sandwiches smh…Then they forgot 3 hashbrowns so I had to go back in and get them. But the hashbrowns were good and fresh. My sandwich was threw together literally. They just don’t seem to care about good service these days. I won’t be going back ‍♀️

I decided to give the golden arches one last shot today after countless disappointments. I was left hungry because the chicken I was served is so tough I can’t chew through it and the small bite I managed to get was gristle. All I ordered was an Orange Hi-C and a crispy chicken sandwich… the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again expecting different results.

My sister just got the new McFlurry and told me to go get it because it taste good. So I went (kid you not 10min after she went) because I was literally down the street, and they said they are done serving ice cream….. I went at nowhere near 2:00am and they told my sister they stop serving ice cream 2:00am. She literally asked just for me but when I got there they didn’t want to serve me that’s just lazy. If I could I would give them 0 stars.

I come here every weekend to treat myself for the week. Every single time that I have come here the staff has always been fast & friendly. I don’t think I have ever seen a cleaner McDonalds either, this is probably one of if not the best McDonalds in all of SE Wisconsin. Today I had an issue with the app the attendant at the window made sure that my coupon still went through even though the app kept giving me a generic error. I will definitely be coming to this McDonalds! Massive shout out to the Pay window attendees thank you for always being super helpful and polite!!!

I generally use the Mobile App for my orders however, EVERY TIME I go to this restaurant, I end up having to park and have them bring my order out to me. Why? What is the benefit of having the app and ordering a head? If when you get there you end up having to wait 5 or 10 minutes. Anyway? This is a complete waste of time and probably the reason I don’t go to McDonald’s anymore
