Food was fresh and hot but two our burgers were made incorrectly. They happily remade both burgers and one of them still came back with errors. Again, they remade the order. The friendliness of the employees was great. The seating area was modern with lots of natural light and well cleaned. Nice place to unwind after many miles of travel.

This is how I received my order from the drive thru. The meat wasn’t even cooked all the way. They gave me 1 napkin which was stuck inside the sandwich somehow. The bag was all greasy as well. This is unacceptable!

One of the worst McDonald’s experiences I’ve had. I wish that I could do a ZERO. I pulled off of Pioneer Rd at 203. I pulled away from the window at 217. There was only 1 car in front of me, and they were pulled since my guess is that my order was ready. When I got to the window the gal was taking an order. She then took another order. She then took my money. Price was 6.09. I gave her 20.09. She accidentally put 20.00 into the register, so my change was going to be wrong. She couldn’t figure out what my change should be. It took over 5 minutes with several people to figure out that my change needed to be 14.00. She then takes another order. She finally hands me my order,doesn’t say 1 word to me, not even a damn apology for taking so long. Why is someone on a register that has no concept of 3rd grade math? That’s management’s fault. Then I finally pull onto Pioneer Rd and grab the burger, it’s cold. I grab the apple pie I had, it was barely warm. If I wasn’t almost late for work, I would have gone back.

Messed up our order, but it was partially to the good so didn’t complain. Self serve soda area was dirty & one flavor was flat. Girl at checkout was hard to understand. None of the few tables were cleaned or wiped down. Only received 2 napkins with our order.

This McDonalds seems to only have straws and lids available for customers to serve themselves. If you need ketchup, napkins or anything else, you need to ask an employee for it. My first mobile order was a large fry and McChicken. I put in a second order because I wanted ketchup. The app won’t let you place an order for $0 so I added an ice cream cone. I got a bag of ketchup but no ice cream cone. When I asked for my missing food, I was viewed as troubling. The employee was rude. I saw other mistakes made in other customers orders as well that they had to fix. Come to this restaurant if you like sloppy sandwiches and flies. At least the fries were hot and the ice cream was cold.

All tables were dirty. I cleaned off and cleaned off ours. Trash bag they took out of the trash bins just sitting on the floor. Cashier stood by register playing on her phone. Only one person ordered from her 2 use the shelf ordering stations. When she gave one cup to the person she waited on, she dropped one cup on the floor and did not pick it up.

My quarter pounder was burnt and dried. I returned it for a new one. The manager apologized and gave me a card for a full meal for free along with a new sandwich to replace the bad one. It felt nice to be treated respectfully during this incident.

Order oreo frappé’s and when we got your food, we didn’t get them. Asked for them and then was told that their machine was down. They should have said sign or something up saying that before people ordered and could have said something when they brought us our food. I was thinking that maybe they were thinking I wasn’t going to say anything about not getting the drinks I paid for. They need more respect for the consumers. Will not be going back to this mcdonalds.

This McDonald is so bad and full of lazy people. I ordered a frozen sprite and when I got it. The bottle wasn’t full and it looks horrible. I wouldn’t hire someone like the cashier that has no respect towards customers. He was the one who made the frozen sprite.

I’ve been sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes already. And I’m still not even to the window. I anticipate sitting here at least another 10 minutes with the 2 cars in front of me. If I was dying, I wouldn’t come here.
