Not a pleasant experience. Very poor customer service and communication. I asked for mustard on my sausage biscuit. They didn’t put it on it. So, I asked for a mustard packet. This request was confusing to them. There were three people in the drive through and not one stopped to simply talk to me. They continued with their tasks while talking at me. No one understood my request and when it finally registered they said I could have a “cup” of mustard for 42 cents. I asked why I had to pay for mustard when I asked for it to be put on the biscuit? I couldn’t get an answer and realized it’s not worth the effort, The biscuit was good—even without the mustard.

The proper response to any question at the drive thru is NOT, “I don’t know. I didn’t bag it.” Apathetic employees at the drive thru the last three visits. Not a coincidence.

They cant get orders right when you go through the drive through they cant here you and it is very frustrating when you say something and they have you repeat it more then once after you say it the first time and then they still get it rong get new speakers and headphones so they can here they people in the driveway much easier it is getting annoying for the customers

I went to the Sheboygan Falls one and the service was horrible. The food I ordered was all messed up. I had a double quarter pounder with cheese meal with only ketchup and got mustard and ketchup. I wanted a 2 cheeseburger meal with ketchup only and got onions and pickles and mustard and ketchup on it. The fries were cold and very soggy. I ordered 2- 10pc mcnuggets only and with BBQ sauce and didn’t receive any BBQ sauce. I have asked several times if I could get a frappe and they always say that it is broken. The employees that are young kids just stood there talking and goofing around instead of doing something. I am very disappointed in this McDonald’s. I now choose to go to a different one and go to falls to visit a friend instead of going to the falls one.

So I been coming to this McDonald’s for awhile and a lot of times they don’t give you what you order. But this time I went through the drive though and I ordered a couple items they gave me me the food and it was wrong so I told them and they gave me it again and it was wrong again this happened a couple times so I said you forgot my fry and so the drive through person goes we’re going to have to charge you for the fry but I already paid for it. He asked for a receipt I said you didn’t give me one. He did give me the fry that I payed for but still this is bad customer service I have let it go now a lot of times but this really upset me Iam a Godly Woman so I usually don’t let things upset me but I pray for the workers/owners and this McDonald’s because Iam not coming back here.
