5-16-23 ordered 4 cheese burgers extra pickles, extra salt, light mayo extra onion, and add tomato. Got out to my car took a bite realized it was a regular cheese burger, looked at the others same thing. Took them back inside showed my order slip cashier grabs the slip and throws the burgers away. Waited 5-10 for the next ones to come out. Got them and this time they had tomato, they were still missing all the other extras I paid .70 cents for per burger. Wasn’t going to wait around again as I have fry’s and nuggets in my car. Well there cold now burgers still weren’t correct. I don’t know but reading might be something the employees here need, because twice they couldn’t read the slip correctly. For $20+ definitely wasn’t worth the stop after work.

Our food was cooked fresh, where the chicken nuggets and fries were hot and crispy, and salted to perfection. Although they were short staffed, they managed to complete our order quickly, and we are more than satisfied with our lunch. Sam was very friendly, polite, and efficient.

Drive through service extremely slow most mornings which is when I go. I consistently see customers leave the drive through line because of this and I too have done this on occasion. I sat and waited for a very long time today and ordered a smoothie only to get the checkout to find out whoever was supposed to clean the machine didn’t last night so cannot get what I ordered. I understand staffing shortages, but would hope the owner would at least be aware of all the missed sales they are having and would hopefully try to do something about it otherwise not sure how this location will continue to make it. I am now another lost customer going forward…

Customer’s are on a timeline in the morning and this place has the slowest service I have ever seen anywhere. This morning I sat for 4 minutes and watched 2 people drive away because no one was responding to calls by customer’s to the speaker. Once someone finally responded to me the service was great. I will only stop here if I am way ahead of schedule, because I know I will be here for at least 5 to 10 minutes.

I order food the other day and it took a long time to get it and the orange juice was all water Sinai was told to come in get a new one so today I did and they charged me for it. I told them to give me my money back. The people who work here need to have more pride in what they serve. Place should be sold to a owner who cares about customers.

I just returned from the McDonald’s on Ryan Road where I discovered they do not honor the McDonald’s app. Unlike all the McDonald’s I have been to, they did not ask me if I would be using my app. The woman at the drive through rudely told me that the buy one breakfast sandwich get one for .50 on the app does not apply to the Bacon Egg and Cheese bagel. They also do not honor any two for specials with hash browns. And finally, rather than charge me for two value meals, she priced everything a la carte. I was overcharged by more than $5 on a simple transaction.

Manager is rude and unprofessional. Wait ones in drive through over 20 minutes to get the wrong order and horrible coffee. When manager came to “help” she was rude and made u unprofessional comments about my complaint. I used to go to this McDonald’s because it is closest to my house but I will now go out of the way for better service.

Once in a while I like the double cheeseburger. The last few times there were zero onions. That’s what makes the double cheeseburger good so not happy. Plus, I heard the owner is a not a good guy or involved in his business (drops off supplies via the drive through) and also owns the one on Capitol Dr. I know this because both my kids worked there and to this day, they will not order food from mcdonalds. Shake machines were moldy so buyer beware (I don’t order shakes) but I’m really disappointed that he’s so cheap that he can’t afford diced onions. Profit over people, I guess. And when you call to find out if maybe you got the wrong order (which I know wasn’t the case) nobody answers. Don’t let your kids work here either, because even if they do a decent job, they’ll never get their 5 cent raise.
