never had an issue at this location before i placed a mobile order for grimace’s birthday meal to try the new shake. when i came to the store to pick it up, i was told something was broken to where they specifically couldn’t make the grimace shake, but they could make the other flavors? the employee seemed to think it was funny which also threw me off.

I ordered my lunch for on way to work in dewitt. When I said I had Mc chicken and 2 pies. The girl handed my food. When I got to work the food was not mine. The recite had someone else’s name on it not mine. If I was okay being late for work I would of turned around and got it fixed. Needless to say my Individuals got free free food while I starved since it food I didn’t like. My order wasfor one person. The food I got was for 2 ppl. At least my drink was right.

Most of the employees are not very friendly. The food is subpar co.pared to other McDonalds I have eaten at. Fries are always cold. Not my first choice of McDonalds on Clinton. Oh and why are the prices in Clinton ton McDonalds 30-40% higher tha. Other cities nearby like Sterling Illinois or Dubuque Iowa? Big Mac in Clinto. $6.19, Sterling $4.49. I can’t get any McDonalds corporate customer service to answer that for me. Seems fishy to me.
