Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich and the chicken was only about 1/3rd size of the bun. It looked more like a chicken tender. But it wasn’t tender at all. This will be the last time I will buy a chicken sandwich. Their frys were awesome as normal. If you are buying a hamburger, you can expect their standard decent sandwiches. But beware the chicken sandwich. Was not impressed at all.

First McDonald’s in the area that I have been to that everything was awesome!! They need to go to other restaurants and teach them how to do things right lol. And Mason was an amazing young man. There was not any unsweet tea out front, so he stopped what he was doing and got me some from the back. Then,he brought up a whole thing for me. He was friendly, polite, kept busy without being asked to do things, and quite a funny young man. I will be back to this one!!

This McDonald’s is always really quick when you go through the drive-through, but it hasn’t been as quick whenever I go inside the restaurant. The food is decent – what you would expect from a McDonald’s – and so is the service inside. It is also fairly clean.

I placed my order through the drive thru and I spent about 25 dollars, I had multiple issues with my order. All of my chicken nuggets were not cooked all the way, I had ordered a hot fudge sundae that by the time it arrived it was like a soup and my hot fudge was still boiling hot, and my fries were long past cold.When I attempted to call and voice my complaints to the manager after puking for about a half hour she was blatently disrespectful, when I attempted to ask for a manager above her she said that I could call corporate and speak with Chris but it didnt matter because she was a people manager and nothing would be done. She should not be a manager. She honestly should not even have a position in that company. I strongly suggest people choose a different McDonald’s if they seek good service and cooked food.

The only ordering option is the kiosk, even though they were not busy at all. Then when they deliver your food, you have to get up to get your drink. Otherwise it’s like any other McDonald’s on the planet.

This location is notorious for taking a ridiculously long time to make our food. Our average wait time to receive our food is between 20 and 30 minutes, and we don’t order a lot of food. There is no reason for a fast food restaurant to take unreasonably long to deliver food. Think twice about coming here if you value your time.
