Made my group wait at the front counter for several minutes. This seems to be pretty typical of fast food restaurants with self service kiosks. Since my group was fair sized we opted to wait for a human. Food and service average. Dinning area could have been cleaner. Total visit was very average.

I really wanted to give a higher review. The food was good for a small town McD. The wait was pretty crazy though. The manager was awesome, keep up the good work! It could’ve been cleaned up a bit more though. I will be back, & I could definitely up my rating easily. The manager is THE reason for my return visit.

Terrible. Went through drive through and they still charged me in app. Manager not very knowledgeable or nice. Even though they charged me on app in their error they couldn’t refund to card which is not true. So thanks for hitting my bank with an over charge fee on a card you didn’t have permission to use. No apology or anything. It happened to at least 1 other cars behind me. Pull off Notice the food is wrong. Apparently using the phone is a struggle because the manager hung up on me 3 times. Finally I got through a 4th time. Told her what was wrong. She says OK and hangs up again. Again no apology or acknowledgement of any wrong doing. How am I supposed to get the right food? You hung up on me without knowing where I’m parked. How did this person get this job? So it’s been 20 minutes. No food brought out. So I’ve been at this for about 35 minutes. Definitely wasting my time which I really appreciate . No cars in the drive through. Still yet no food.

It sucked very much. I went drive through spent over 30 dollars for 3 meals…got home and one order was a double quarter it had no meat on it at all. Drove back to Shenandoah they had to do it twice while I was there still was getting it wrong….not a I am sorry no can we do something to make this right. Nothing!!! Well my bad cause I got home to eat my sandwich and it had no top bun ….really? Needless to say I didn’t go back again. But I will never go back to this one in shenandoah again….

Please be kind to those in the fast food industry. I wish I had taken a picture of my cheese burgers I had ordered, but I had to change my review after my recent experience there. My cheese burgers were so neatly wrapped and looked like they could have been professionally photographed for an advertisment I literally didn’t want to eat it because it looked so perfect. But, yeah. Anyways, they were also very friendly and courteous when bringing my food. The McDonald’s employees don’t get enough credit for what they do. Especially during this COVID crisis. Great work!
