Aug 19, 2 o’clock pm. Went inside to order. Worst service ever. Employees discombobulated and angry. 20 minutes to get 2 drinks and 1 small French fry. Fries were cold, so I didn’t eat them.

Donna Burton (manager) and celyne Rodriguez (also a manager) are VERY unprofessional. Went through the drive through for an iced coffee, and Donna, the one who looks like a frog, had her whole torso hanging out the window to see who it was (my name pops up on their screen when I use my app to order and I used to work here so they’re mad that I quit) and when I finally got up to the window, they were gossiping, one of them turned their head and realized we were finally up at the window, laughs real loud and goes “uuhhh what was that?” Trying to play it coy. Some of these people don’t deserve jobs at all. Can’t even act the slightest bit professional at a super easy job. Act like a bunch of teenagers. Oh and half of the caramel syrup bottle was put in my coffee. Horrible horrible horrible service every time and stupid employees!

Food quality is garbage. Service is horrible. Place is super dirty and smells terrible. We come here less and less often as they constantly get our order wrong and the food is pretty bad. Unfortunately, if you want McDonald’s it’s the only option in the area. I think they are very aware of this because they clearly don’t give AF.

Food was cold. We ordered curbside and they forgot some of our order so we had to go inside. All the employees were wearing street clothes, no uniforms, and no hair nets? The guy expediting the food was wearing a beanie and had hair past his shoulders that wasn’t put up.

Dining room was filthy. Drink station was disgusting. Cashier complained about other customers while taking our order which she had to do because their kiosk wasn’t working correctly. The state of the dining room send to be normal for this store it h been sorry Everytime I have been there usually twice a week.
