Today, July 10 at 1:20pm this afternoon going through the drive through I know it’s an altercation between two young girls working at the window. One of them confused the orders and when the other tried to show her on the screen above what was there she snapped and yelled at her instead of simply acknowledging the her coworkers attempt to help her. This is not only inappropriate & immature behavior in the workplace but also very unprofessional to do in front of customers. I highly recommend not having immature 14 year olds working in-front of the customers when they clearly lack the capability to maintain a professional attitude.

It seems like they don’t know how to work at there Job. We came late at night when it’s busy after the concert and parks closed and one other time during our visit, I don’t know why we went back.And they were only taking orders every other for the lanes and had multiple workers in the back because no one could multi task. By far the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to and our order was messed up. Their order takers don’t have manners and you could barely hear them. However, our friend from Arnold’s park was working and he is so nice. It’s really 50/50 for who you’re going to get at the windows.

Long line in drive through so we went inside. Having to use the kiosk was a waste of time has I was paying with cash. That ment I had to wait for an attendant to be able to come to the register. They manager came up to handle the transaction. He made the comment that he was having to do the job of 4 people. After taking care of me he went to the door and made the comment that he was checking to see if the concert was over. It became real busy quickly! By the time I placed our order and we received our order was a good 30 mins. They forgot our 2 drinks, the fries in one box was in upside down and cold, the box of chicken nuggets was not closed properly, so when I went to pick it out of the bag they spilled out. My son’s fries where Also cold!

At 11 am figure go early so can get food in timely matter nope have to pull ahead they have no concept of pre rush and are slow as hell I could do the work around 3 of the employees fix your service or lock doors and let everyone know you suck its fast food not a sit n wait n maybe shld lay off hiring drug addicts n work will get done

They suck. They aren’t capable of making your order in a timely manner. We pulled up to the drive thru and had to get their attention so we could order our food. We then waited like 45 minutes to just pay for food. We ended up just leaving and forgetting about the order. If I could leave no stars, I would.

Double check your orders before you leave the drive through window. Multiple times they have shorted my orders, and I am usually in a hurry when I order here. When brought to the managers attention, I am only informed that they will let the staff know to double check the orders. No refund or replacement for missing items in your order.

The service here is horrible. I went here 2 times while visiting. The first time, one of their employees was in the parking lot yelling at customers. 2 of the other employees had to go outside to talk to him to get him to stop. The second time, the employees at the first window didn’t know we had 2 separate orders. After we paid for the first order, she closed the window and didn’t open it back up for a long time while we clearly were sitting there waiting for her. When she opened the window we said we had a second order. She asked what it was. We said that it was a number 3. Then she asked what the number 3 is and said she didn’t know because she doesn’t work. At the second window, they handed us both orders but said they were waiting on 1 burrito. While we waited, we noticed they forgot a hash brown. We told them and then the worker just turned around and got the hash brown and burrito and just handed us the bag. Never apologized or said anything at all. After we got down the road and started to eat, we noticed one of the sandwiches was wrong. We got a mcgriddle (which was on the receipt) but they had given us a mcmuffin.

One of the menu screens was down, and it was the screen that had the options for my kids. I can appreciate why there was a change to screens, but it’s entirely unhelpful when they don’t work and you don’t frequent an establishment. Have a laminated option available as a backup. I honestly don’t need more screens in my life anyway.

Waited for over an hour and never got served, even after notifying the cashier of the extensive delay. Would highly recommend going elsewhere for dining options.

Slow service, all employees sitting around not doing anything and acting unprofessional behind counter. While I was in the restroom a food service worker exited the stall, did not wash her hands, and went directly behind the counter and began handling food. Pretty gross
