Very disappointed. Was asked to pull forward because of a wait on the food which is ok with me… however once we got our food and left I discovered that both our medium fries were not full, and they were old fries. Along with that I got 9 old mcnuggets instead of the 10 I ordered. The quarter pounder was OK though. Will not return to this store.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Food was the worst I have ever had. It was a spare of the moment stop as we were passing by. The order was so messed up a 5 year old could have done way better and could of understood the simple order. Will not take the time to spell out order. Don’t want ya’all to laugh too hard. I called the customer service line. Took almost a month for a response after I called them multiple times. They lied through there teeth too with so many things. Don’t want to waste my time or ya’alls. Finally when a store manager did call all they said was sorry 1000 times. Then sent me an apology letter vie email. Don’t waste your time with McDonald’s. Go to Burger King and have it your way….

Alex the manager and Haley the worker had terrible customer service. Order was placed and paid online. They seen the order but said it couldn’t process on their end. Was not trying to give me information or help me understand why I paid for a order and couldn’t have my food. Alex walked away and left the window open with no communication. Haley came to the window said Alex can’t help you and shut the window in my face.

If I could give negative I would. Drive through for over 15 minutes didn’t take my money until after 17 minutes. I wish I could post the wait screen. Food was COLD. called. They Said only two people were working but 4 were standing at the second window so, clearly they hire people with zero math skills.

Not a fan of the automated drive through. It misunderstood my order twice. Also, their “dollar” menu is buy one get one for a dollar now. $3.29 for a McDouble is insane. Will go to a different fast food restaurant get better quality for cheaper now.

I ordered one of there deluxe chickens the thing was old and disgusting. the color was dark brown the nuggest were also old and dried out. I asked for a refund ill go somewhere else and they told me they could only refund the bad food (admitting that the food was old so thanks for that). if you go here check your food before leaving you’ll thank me later. they were nice enough to replace all my stiff with my stuff reheated these nuggets are just warmed up old nuggets thanks Morningside McDonald’s at being so terrible at your job.

Messed up my order & young lady on drive thru was still talking smack to the other girl about me for no reason just because I had simply asked for a buffalo sauce after she gave me back my Mchicken that was missing in my bag, really bad & rude employees will never come to this McDonalds again for sure at the end of all this my nuggets where white I could taste the raw chicken!
