The food was good. Fries were fresh and tasty. This was the 2nd McDonald’s we went to at dinner time, 6pm, that didn’t have any shakes available because the ice cream machine “was being cleaned.” Seems odd, and a poor business choice. I’ve heard the horror stores of the McFlurries not being available but never experienced it myself. It would seem that after the lunch rush, but before the dinner rush starts would be a better time to clean the machines.

So I give it a 3 because the food was good but they just can’t get it right. I know half the staff is high schoolers but get a work ethic bro. I stood in the store for 20 minutes before they found my online order. My boyfriend ordered 2 mcdoubles and got 2 singles, also an online order and STILL wasn’t ready when we got there.
