This has been by far the worst McDonald’s we have ever been to, the food was no where close to fresh. We ordered a big Mac and two of the double quarter pounder meals, we asked for no lettuce on the big Mac and yes they did not put lettuce on the big Mac but they basically made the big Mac with the bottom and middle buns and after it was all made them they just put the top bun directly on top of the middle bun, basically and big Mac double cheese burger. We will never be returning to this location. This location needs some serious help

The touch screen kiosk canceled my order as I was finishing up. Had the counter ring it up instead. My sandwich came with so much ketchup on it the box was soaked. My kids’ happy meals were not right. Not a good trip.

It’s McDonald’s. Only one I have been charged for a sauce to dip my fries in. Also give 2 sauces for 10 nuggets but only 3 for 20……was charged for the 4th. Must be to make up for the messed up orders

It is like pulling teeth to get fresh food! We have to ask everytime for fresh fries and nuggets, but they always taste like they just warmed them up… there is a big difference when the food is fresh vs when it is not. I am just appalled, they really don’t think customers will notice or maybe they don’t care.

I just want fresh hash browns that aren’t super dead. Everytime I go I even ask them to make fresh hashbrowns because if I don’t they are super old. I still end up with super old hashbrowns half the time.
