Dirty floors, tables and chairs. Empty ketchup dispensers, and old ketchup that stuck to the outside of the dispenser nozzle that must be 9 to 10 days old due to the color and consistency change. The restaurant was completely empty when we arrived and only 2 tables and chairs were wiped off but not clean. I honestly feel like my family needs a tetanus shot after that visit. We ordered on the kiosk then took a number and sat down. We only ordered two cold lattes. We sat waiting for a long time. Finally I looked on the screen where they show order numbers being processed or waiting and ours wasn’t on there. I went to the counter to tell them and they got our order right away. Apparently they have faulty computers. The large latte is tiny, so that was disappointing.

I been to this location several times at night and the staff at night is horrible! Enough is enough after going there tonight! I got two apple pies that was not cooked at all!! The picture is below. Absolutely filthy. Staff all sitting around when arrived, no one even got up until drive thru order arrived. Bathroom soap dispenser not attached to wall, no alternative. Kiosk filthy, floors, windows, and soda fountain look like they haven’t been cleaned in a week. Kisok didn’t print receipt. Didn’t need it as we were the only order at 6:40 aside from the drive thru. Not sure why we even ordered. Apparently no one comes here for a reason.

Wow! Is this McDonald’s? They totally remodeled inside and out. They’ve changed the ordering counter and added two kiosks for ordering, although only one is operational now. The kiosk ordering process is slow, but it’s probably a car of getting used to it. They also have an app that has some pretty good deals, and you can pre-order. Customer service was a lot better today. Don’t know if that is something new or because some big shots were there observing. Either way, it was still good. Seating looks pretty limited, but there is more seating down the side of the restaurant.

I do not recommend this McDonald’s store, horrible service, in addition to taking a long time to be attended to, our order was all wrong, I ordered a sandwich without onions, with large potatoes, mc happy lunch, and it came with sebola, without mayonnaise, small potato, mc snack happy with just a sandwich and potatoes, I had to complain several times, and they still thought it was bad. that to complete, my wife had to clean the table with paper and alcohol because they were all dirty. we won’t be back.

This was by far the most unprofessional service I ever experience. The manager who was running the shift had the audacity to LITERALLY yell at me through the intercome cause I was questioning the “3 minute wait” before I could order a happy meal for my son, which was a whole other issue where these people lack common sense. Needless to say I drove off and they won’t be seeing me again.
