Stopped in on a Saturday moning about 10:45 and they were starting to serve lunch. Chose to eat inside. Fries and sandwich were on the cold side. Would think since beginning of lunch time the food would be much fresher. The reason I am writing is becuase it was very dirty in the dining area. The floors needed swept and it was quite obvious it had been a while since mopped. Tables dirty. I asked for Ketchup packets and drank water because the condiment – soda station needing attention.

long wait times and under filled fry boxes. our order was missing food. sandwiches were thrown together with no care and then poorly wrapped. the restaurant was filthy. I visited during off-peak hours and there were still many dirty tables, trash was lying about, the floor was sticky, and the bathrooms were dirty. from what I could see in the back it was dirty as well. employees have untucked shirts, no hats or hair nets and at least one was not wearing gloves while handling food. the high school kid on register was clearly stoned and smelled strongly of urine. management is rude and unapologetic. if I could give negative stars I would, but one is as low as it goes. steer clear of this place.

Ordered online for curbside pickup and while I was waiting for my food, I got to watch someone get pulled over and arrested. Food took a bit to come out but, considering the free entertainment and how hot and fresh it was when I got it, I don’t mind a bit. 10/10

We were visiting Iowa Falls and went to McDonald’s for lunch. We had time to kill, so we decided to dine in. We travel all over the US, and frequent McDonald’s. This has to be one of the BEST in the US. The restaurant was impeccably clean, the staff was all well groomed, and they were super friendly. Our food was delivered to our table by a member of management, and was hot and fresh. We even had the condiments we requested. Also, the burgers actually had been seasoned!!! I couldn’t believe it!

The food is what you’d expect from McDonald’s. That’s not what made my experience worth 5 stars. What made it so special was the awesome and friendly service I got from the employee working the drive through window. She took the time to make sure she understood my complicated order and got it right. She never lost patience and remained bubbly and positive the whole time! Thanks for the five star treatment!

The only problem I’ve had here is food often missing or wrong. Because we are almost always getting to-go food, I usually don’t notice until we are home or passing out food down the road. I try to check before we leave the parking lot, but that should be done before the order is handed off to me. Other than that, the staff have been fine, some are very friendly and helpful and I appreciate their smiles even when they are very busy. Not usually a long wait for food even if we have to wait in a spot in the drive through.

the employee taking my order was very rude. when i got my order, part of it was missing and i got the wrong kind of sandwiches. i went back to the drive thru and told her about the mistake. she gave me my fries i never got, but not the sandwiches. so i tried to ask about it again, and she only then told me they were out. on top of it, i’m pretty sure she was a manager…
