I go here twice a day for coffee on my way to and from work. Service used to be great. You’d be greeted, and you’d get your order correct. Now there is no “have a good day/night”, and my coffee is always dripping down the side. Spending $50 on coffee a week you think the service would be at least decent, but it’s gone downhill. Think I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I am not a frequent McDonald’s customer but after a long day fishing my boys were hungry so we stopped in. Ordering from the touch screen made customizing our orders super easy and the staff was able to focus on making delicious food that my pickiest eater said ‘tasted like Chik Fil-A’. Seems getting a correct order is a thing of the past. As I was leaving, a gentleman walks to the counter to ask about his burger free hamburger. I should have taken notice and checked my food. My McDouble had only 1 patty, not to mention it was literally cold. Pay too much money to have mistakes like that.

Ordered a chicken sandwich that was dry and lukewarm, went back up to ask for a sauce and the employee said they were now charging 21¢ per sauce… the food is not worth the money or hassle of getting back in line to run my card for a 21¢ sauce. The one star is gained from having nice employees and a clean facility. I will do my best to avoid McDonald’s.

The boss at the restaurant on US23 State Street was mean and unrespectful to her employee my granddaughter yelling at her in front of all other employees and embarrassing her so bad that she couldn’t go back. You need to have classes for bosses to show them how to treat their employees like they would want to be treated.
