They always have bad attitudes except the sweet old lady that collects money and are the only mcdonalds who refuse to use plastic containers for people who can’t eat the bread. They put the sauce with 2 little diced onions in the bottom of the chicken nugget container and take no care is bagging. The app does not allow you to add water but forget asking bc they are not kind about it. Sad that every other mcdonalds is amazing and excellent in customer service except cadillac! Also, don’t bother using the recipes to give a bad review they never attempt to fix the situation. We only go here when we have to, which is rare about twice a year.

I am visiting from out of state. I took my grandkids here for a quick dinner while their parents went out for the evening. After ordering our food, I saw a sign on the soda machine announcing that refills are NOT allowed. Another sign announced that the eating area was under surveillance. No one else came inside to eat during the 45 minutes we were there. I think I may have accidentally taken my family to a sketchy part of town.

First time using kiosk at this location, fairly slow process, but will get better with time. The server was very helpful with the kiosk, completely unaware that it will eventually replace her. This McDonald’s was smaller and the tables were mostly dirty. The food was typical which is what you’d expect from any McDonald’s, messy, slapped together, but exactly as you’d expect. We only eat McDonald’s once or twice a year, so it was it’s normal heartburn inducing menu. We chose to eat there so that is completely on us. It was nice to have friendly service, even using the kiosk. No surprises as this location. Due to the lunch rush and the kiosk requiring food to be brought to our table it did take longer than normal, but we were still in and out under 40 minutes.

Drive. Thru is terrible. Slowest in getting customers thru. Put. Your best people on this line from cooks to deliverpersons. 3 cars back from ordering and 26. Min. To deliver of food is not acceptable service. Your competition across the street (BK) is never longer than 14 minutes and is normally under 6 min.

Been in the McDonald’s drive-thru for 20 minutes now. At some point, they need to stop blaming it on lack of workers and start considering thier own incompetence and lack of training. Managers should assume positions of employees in rushes. The kud at the first window has no hustle, slower than a sloth.
