Mc Donald’s just rolled out it’s New Jalapeño cheesy Quarter Pounder and it’s AMAZING!! I rarely use that adjective about fast foods but this really takes the Quarter Pounder to a whole new level! Service was super fast and particularly for dining in. Kudos to the Store Manager for running such a well managed operation.

Just went there for breakfast and they made us pull up to wait on food. They gave us the wrong drinks and when we got new ones the entire cup was filled with ice from top to bottom. We had received our food and our hash browns were burnt and we couldn’t even bite through them. Definitely don’t recommend

Place is a joke. Most of staff especially the managers very unfriendly. Food always cold and buns always hard. Or burgers are burnt. I ordered 2 double cheese and received the 2 that must have been sitting in the trash can all day. Couldn’t even get the courage to bite into it was repulsive. This was after I went to my home and I went back to replace the doubles and they matched the same quality while I waited 10 more minutes at the counter. Complete waste of time AND money. Do yourself a favor and hit the dollar general behind them and make yourself some lunch or dinner and save yourself the frustration that I experience going there EVERYTIME. Oh that’s right, the dollar general never has any food on the shelves either because the workers sit in the back room and never stock anything and wait a half hour in line at one register when there are 2 and they just peep their heads out and say he she say and then disappear. Moved to this town here 2yrs ago thinking it would be a pleasant small town but boy am I wrong. It’s a complete let down and man what a rip off property taxs are here… enough ranting about bronson in general.. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS MCDONALD’S AND KEEP DRIVING RIGHT THRU BRONSON YOU WONT REGRET IT.

Absolutely will not be back. The young lady who attended the counter was polite and helpful. That’s the only good thing I can say. The bathroom was filthy, the main counter and carpet were filthy, and there were flies everywhere. Fries were barely cooked and the McDouble I ordered was a sloppy mess at best. After seeing the interior, I chose to not eat any of the food and chanced it with the iced tea I ordered. The tea was good. Yikes.

If I could give this place negative stars I would!!!!!! the managers are rude to there staff members! My food was made wrong and i had to go back to get it replaced. The fries are always cold and soggy, I also had to wait so long for my food when they weren’t even that busy. I definitely do not recommend eating here

Was the worst McDonald’s experience of my life i first stopped at McDonald’s in bronson mi one i go to frequency all a had with me was a 100.00 bill and some chage i was refused service because I couldnt pay with as 100.00 bill so I optel to go to McDonald’s in sturgis mi as I was on my way to work my order came to 10.68 i gave the girl my 100.doller bill and 68 cents in change she did get the manager to change the 100.00 bill then procede to geiv my change back and 80.00 and says ill take it out of to 20.00 she kept which was a bit rediculous but the food i recieved a big Mac meal and a cheeseburger were cold and stopped together in the box the fries were so c soggy and greasy i couldnt eat them the cheese burger tasted terrible i couldnt eat it either so I got to come to work hungry they need to get thier quality back and sme people that can cout change without dropping out the drive through window i think with the prices now i will just skip McDonald’s as a Quick convenient stop im done

Ordered a medium lemonade with light ice and my cup was 3/4s full. I asked for it to be filled properly and was told that is just how it comes with light ice. I get them at other McDonald’s and they are filled right. The girl behind the counter was rude as hell.
