I went to the drive thru fo a quick lunch. I got a hamburger (special order) and med diet cola so pretty basic small order. It was quick, correct and good temperature. Convenient location with quick in n out service so you can keep your day moving.

Went through today. Took 30 minutes to get my food. All of it was cold by the time they handed it out the window. I told them the fries were cold. They were extremely rude. Especially the African American male manager. I told him to not be rude to me for his mistake and he told me to get out of his drive thru. Despicable behavior out of a manager. He should be fired immediately.

The caliber of employees at your Mason locations has totally gone downhill. Using the mobile app I had to wait more than 15 minutes for a double cheese, 6 piece and small fry. Finally asked for my money back and got lip service from the manager. Don’t come here if you need “fast food”

Went to the drive thru. Ordered for four people. Paid and were given drinks and told to wait out front for the food. Realized someone wanted past us and we were causing an obstruction. Tried to squeeze over. Didn’t want to leave spot we were told to wait. An employee came out after a few minutes empty handed and asked what we were waiting for. Asked for the receipt. Waited a few minutes more and another employee came out with food but one fry short. Waited again. Employee came back with missing fries. Isn’t fast food supposed to be fast?

5 separate times now I’ve placed order’s through the app and gone through the drive through to pick it up just to never receive my food!! I understand they’re busy but waiting over 30 minutes in line just to be told to wait more in a spot longer is absolutely ridiculous!!! Today i waited 30 minutes in line and then 15 minutes in a spot before I absolutely had to leave bc I was already running late for work. I will be contacting corporate as well and expect a full refund for my order I never got. On top of that today the girl taking payment today was extremely rude and when I pulled up to the window and let told her I paid through the app she just slammed the window shut without saying anything and I could hear her swearing inside VERY loudly about something! You’d honestly spend less time going into an actual restaurant and ordering breakfast and it’d be better than how terrible their foods been recently too.

In all, the experience was prolonged. I will admit we got here with about 20 min left on breakfast… however, we waited about 25 minutes to get our food while dining in. After it changed over I went and ordered a medium fry, thinking it would at this point come quicker than our breakfast order… it didn’t. And when we got the fries they certainly weren’t fresh. It took 10 minutes to get our one medium fry. And yes I can admit possibly they had alot of drive thru, however if that were the case wouldn’t the fries come out super hot and fresh?

We did a mobile order and it took 15 minutes to fill. When we got it there was a big Mac in there that wasn’t supposed to be there so the lady took it back. Found out when we get back to the car we are missing some things. Overall spent 30 min trying to get the order right while the lady argued over a $2 mcchicken. It’s ok if mistakes happen. It’s not ok to bring attitude and unprofessionalism. It’s like an ego trip. Is it worth the stress to insist upon you’re right? It was the weirdest and worst mcdonalds experience because of that lady. The other guy was cool. Not worth the headache to go back though.

Paid for my food and pulled up to the window and only received 2 of my 3 drinks, try to tell the lady that sounds like she swallowed a kazoo and she tells me to pull up to lane 1 then slams window in my face, so I stay at the window and a rude bug-eyed lady in a black shirt opens up, I explain it to her and I get move to lane 1 and window slam again. If you don’t like your job go work somewhere else, don’t take it out on the customer. This is the Last time I go to this McDonald’s.

The only thing still in it packageing was the burgers and those are smashed too. Tell the manager and he just shrugged like oh well and walked back inside. And i spent almost 40 bucks. I will be going to williamston from now on.
