All my daughter and I ordered were 2 caramel sundaes. We had to wait over 15 minutes and then we were told the didn’t have any caramel that we’d have to get something else or get a refund. We asked for a refund about 3 minutes later we got served a sundae with a whole lot of caramel and the ice cream on top. See photo. The workers here are very lazy and my order is messed up almost every time, eccentric when it’s a simple order.

They cannot seem to get their orders right. Even when the ticket says one thing they do not follow their tickets. The manager seems to lose patience with their employees and doesn’t address concerns of customers waiting. They missed 4 items of my order and seemed inconvenienced to fix the order they messed up. The counter employee was trying their best but received no support from the people behind the scenes. At this point this is the 3rd time I have come here and they have messed up an order specifically asking not to have onions and pickles on the burger when the ticket specifically requests not to have pickles or onions.

Service was terrible and my order was wrong twice upon that I ordered in the drive through and still ended up having to go in and wait for my food for the fourth time on my lunch break that’s only 30 mins, spent 25 showing them how to do thier own job, i erge people to go someplace else if you want to be treated like a person and not an obligation
