This location has went downhill over the course of 20 years. It used to be hot food, now lukewarm at best. It used to be served by people who care, now served by kids in blue jeans who are attached to their phones. It used to be quick service (3:33 from the time you pulled into the parking lot until the time you pulled out of the parking lot), today it took 9 minutes for 2 flurries and 2 sodas, and that’s with one person ahead of me. Food used to look presentable, now any burger that comes out of here looks like someone dropped it on the floor and stepped on it.

This is my favorite location in the area of Saginaw/Gratiot counties. I have not gotten an incorrect order, the people are friendly, and it’s laid back. The whole city mentality of being in a rush all the time isn’t really the prevalent attitude in small towns. That’s ok, I prefer it that way.

Went through drive through, was asked to pull forward. I waited for 20 minutes for my food. The happy meal was cold, my order was missing the fries, and the burger was not made right. And a few other issues. So me my wife and child all had messed up order on 4 items. Called and the manager said there’s nothing they could do about the wait they gave my order to someone else. But they couldn’t be bothered to remake it correct. So for being a local and living right down the road less then a mile away we will not be going back, we will go into shields or hemlock. At least those locations get an order right.

All I can say is wow. I’ve never had my card thrown back at me and the window slammed. I was told 1 amou t at the speaker I went to pay and there was a different amount so I asked what did I order she said what I said what’s my order and she Still didn’t hear me so I spoke louder and she thought I was yelling so she slammed the window took my card and threw it back in my window. I wasn’t sure if she ran my card or not so I sat there. The manager came and bless his heart for being so sweet when this lady acted the way she did while working. KILL IT WITH KINDNESS! it was busy so I wanted to be sure I was paying for what I ordered. What a great way for an exchange student to see how some Americans act!
