This location is dirty and gross. I should have walked out before ordering. They were a little busy, so I was hoping I’d get food that wasn’t sitting around and freshly cooked. I ordered a Big Mac and a Quarter pounder with cheese. Both were cold, and the edges of the burgers were hard and nasty. It tasted like it was sitting around for hours. I got a drink from the dispenser, and it was leaking all over which I couldn’t avoid. My hand was soaked. The whole drink area was nasty. I’ll never go back to this location.

The food was ok. That was not the issue. The customer service was complete trash. Everything was fine until I got to the last window to pick up the food. A gentleman confirmed my order and kindly said, “just a minute.” About a minute later, a lady brought the food to him and he handed it to me. As soon as the food was placed into my hands, she said, “hold on, let me see that bag for a minute.” I glanced over because I know once the food is out the window, it shouldn’t go back in. I guess because I looked unsure, she started talking to the gentleman, after I handed the bag back anyway, and said with an attitude, “never mind, she don’t have to let me see I was just trying to make sure I gave her the right sandwich!” What?! I just went to the drive thru for lunch today and everyone around 11:30 was amazing from start to finish! I had a larger order with kids meals and regular meals, plus extra sauces and I got literally EVERYTHING I was supposed to and was fresh! Most McDonald’s anymore mess up at least 1-2 things, isn’t fresh, or forgets the extra sauce(my kids will throw a fit without all their sauces). Most employees anymore are also very blunt and/or rude but the girls today were in a great mood and got everything right down to a T. Thank you! These are the employees who deserve a raise!

Worst service ever. I had to tell them 3 times I got none of my fries with my meals and a side cheeseburger was missing. I had to give my bag of food back twice for them to believe me and the receipt 2 times. Then they try and tell me I was rang up wrong is why, I asked for a manager to get to the bottom of it, she was like they just didn’t bag them. Every time I go to this location I’m sure to get one of two thing. Either poor service from people who very clearly hate their jobs, or they’re going to mess up my order. I’m sure it’s just a problem with management because there have been several times I’ve gone to this one specifically and there has been a manager standing right behind the cash register person as they’re working giving the employee a dirty look the entire time. The management also refuses to help make anything right when an order is messed up. I highly recommend to give your service to any other location but this one, after all they all benefit from any purchase.

The TERRIBLE _

I honestly love this McDonald’s location! The food is always fresh and customer service is awesome. If there was an option for four and a half stars that would be my ranking. The half of only because unfortunately there were few occasions where they have forgot one or more of my items. Nevertheless, whenever I have returned back there’s never an issue or fuss. The staff already remember my missing items or they take care of the situation at hand. My grandma used to tell me,” you know that the food is good when customer service is better”! If you have ever eaten here do you know that drive-thru is always busy. Not to mention Patriots eating inside enjoying their meal. Long story short, if you haven’t giving McDonald’s located in Burton, MI S Center Rd a try, well you’re missing out on good fast food and friendly people..
