Would’ve easily been 4 stars if they didn’t randomly start charging for sauces around 2 weeks ago. It’s absolutely ridiculous to charge for those. I think the this us the same owner of the Walled Lake one. Stop charging for sauces. Besides that the staff is super friendly, fast, and professional. They always get my order right and the food is always made properly.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Drive to this place just to get my pregnant wife a chocolate shake. We were allowed to order and pay for a chocolate shake. Got to the second window. Girl asks what we ordered and then said that they don’t have chocolate and were offered a grimace shake instead. I asked why we were allowed to order and pay for something that wasn’t available. Second window girl says “because she slow” – in reference to the girl taking orders. I asked for the manager and the girl at the second window seemed to think it was a joke and had “no idea” if a manager was there or not. Very quickly a young light haired guy with braces comes to the window and says he is the manager. Clearly he was not. We waited in line for 20 minutes to end up leaving with nothing.

Service was lacking, ordered from the kiosk, and waited and waited for our food. Employee and manager were in dining roon chatting, no regard for the customers. There was one employee in the back servicing the DT, working very hard. Finally the employee went back to work and we got our food, easily 15 minutes later.

My son was just born at HF hospital near by. My wife simply wanted some food after delivery, and i was hungry also. Going here was the worst decision i made. Worst ive ever been too. Told “wait a moment” as they grab orders from 3 other vehicles as if i and the 2 cars behind me didnt exsist. When its finally my turn, they got my order of #2 medium with cheese wrong. Was told to pull up front, when i refused due to urgency they asked if i wanted a refund. Rather then put up a fuss, i began to pull forward only to hear whatever it was taking orders say “yea, thats what i thought!”. Not making a peep, i still waited and waited and waited. 3 more cars got served before i was handed cold, dried bun burger. This whole situation lasted a little over 35 mins for perspective, Unreal how they treat customers. Wasted very valuable time with my son and money at this establishment just to get a simple burger for my post labor wife..

Super rude staff. Went in this morning to pick up an online order, never been to this location before, waited at counter for 5 minutes and I was the only customer in the store. They finally came to the counter and acted like I was inconveniencing them and pointed to the pick up rack that was around the corner that i didn’t see.
