This place worst customer service they don’t care for you and your important time

Ordered on the app for curbside pickup . Checked in, and ten minutes later no food. Went inside to check, “Still working on it” Somebody comes to the car with two drinks I didn’t order so I sent them back and told her what we were waiting for. Ten more minutes of waiting, still no food is brought out. I went back inside to inquire. Manager, “Aren’t those your drinks?” “NO! Here’s my receipt, just give me a refund,” and she did. Thirty minute of wasted time and no food ever came out. They have no idea what they’re doing.

On Sunday Aug. 6th, 2923 @ 9:30pm. The manager needs to be retrained in customer service or removed from manager. Completely made me feel like I was a nuisance and had no ability to communicate with the costumers. She was edgy, rude and made me feel like she didn’t want any costumers. I come here three days a week for the last 8yrs and she got her wish, as I won’t be visiting this McDonald’s anymore. She had only a few customers and it seemed all she was worried about was hating here job and getting our of there for the night. Just a simple question of wanting fries gave her an attitude. She just needs some retraining or too be questioned if she is in the right business. I never leave reviews and this tells you how I felt after leaving to have to leave my first and last review.
