This is by far, amongst the worst customer service I’ve seen from any fast food chain. The employees were beyond rude to those who were serving; yelling at a customer for orders they’ve gotten wrong, eye rolling, and rude on intercoms. Me and the other customers who ordered via drive-thru, had to come around TWICE for the same order that was completely wrong. Before coming around TWICE, there was a huge line for waiting for our orders. Some came back for a third time to correct their orders as well.

Set patiently for 30 minutes for my order in drive thru. Went inside the lobby to see if they hadn’t forgotten about me. A lady with braids rolled her eyes and started getting loud and asked me “what did I want her to do?” Then she got aggressive like she was gonna fight me. The older man who brought me my food was very polite. He said the general manager on duty name is Jenaca who heard it all and that the other lady who was yelling at me was also a manager. I will be calling corporate to complain…. Worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my 38 years.

Lady taking the order was rude and unprofessional. Asked for our order then switched to other drive thru and ignored our order. Kept cutting us off when we tried to order. But….. guy that brought us out our food was polite and well mannered. Even when we didn’t get our complete order he was very respectful and considerate. You can tell the lady who took the order hates her job but the kid that delivered it deserves a raise!

Ordered via app, arrived and checked in for curbside. We ended up waiting half an hour for 2 large cokes and 2 large fries. One of the large fries was missing and the employee just walked off when we questioned her where the other one was. 4 more cars arrived, ordered, had to pull aside to wait for their food, got it and left before we got ours. We went in to ask about the second fry and the woman working insisted we didn’t order it (we had phone proof) and refused to fulfill the order! Management needs to have a talk with that employee or something, she was horribly rude.

Went into drive through ( outside board ) they served three cars on inside board and still had not keyed up to take my order. Why have two order boards if you run a 3:1 ratio on taking orders. They were parking every car to save drive thru times. The cars were parked almost back to where the line started for drive through. This McDonald’s is in serious need of help.

I went through the drive through this morning between 10:00 am- 10:20 am. I was asked to pull forward because they were waiting on hash browns, I waited at least 10 minutes. The car in front of me was also pulled forward. When the food finally came out the girl yelled at the lady in the car in front of me because she didn’t pull up far enough, she was very rude. She started to go back inside with my food so I had to pull around to the side of the building close to the door so I could get my food. This girl was out of line, extremely rude. I tried calling several times and no answer.
