Our experience with McDonald’s west varies. Sometimes it’s a great experience but recently I feel the service has gone downhill. Even without anyone in the store it takes forever to get your food. The floors and tables always seem to be dirty. The play area is also pretty filthy and sticky most of the time and our kids are expected to walk around in socks. The employee’s attitudes also vary. Sometimes they are great and greet you when you arrive. They can be helpful and courteous. Then there are times where the overall attitude seems to be disinterest and apathy. I’m not sure what I’m expecting for a fast food chain with underpaid employees, but I do wish we could do a little better.

Food was quick service and staff was friendly. Play area has been recently redone and the 2 yr old i had with me did very well going through the play zone. She did have help from a 6 yr old but she would’ve been fine alone. So happy things are getting back to normal and kids can play together again. We did have them wash their hands good before and after playing!

Went through the drive thru to get a quick dinner, of course the dining room was closed. Person taking our order was very rude. Ordered $32 worth of food, got it home & 2 of our burgers were completely inedible, due to not being cooked. Good thing we waited until we got home to eat instead of eating in our dark car. We would have gotten sick, not being able to see that it wasn’t cooked properly. Will not be back.

Waited more then 5 minutes inside at counter. Asked twice for service told yes we will be right over. No one came, a lady and I both walked out and got breakfast elsewhere. Was 5/3/23 @ 9:40 am.

McDonald’s is definitely no longer fast food when it comes to drive-through. Been waiting almost 15 minutes in the drive-through which is ridiculous. And I still haven’t got my food. Hopefully will make it before supper.

The last time I stopped at this McDonald’s several months ago, I made the mistake of eating inside. During my meal I watched 40 or 50 flies buzzing around the window I was facing. There were another several dozen dead flies lying on the tables near the window and on the window sill. Today, I stopped in for a quick snack at 3pm on 2/16/23. I went to order inside where several other people were waiting. I waited for 15 minutes at the front register before one of the other customers drew my attention to a sign on the front counter. The sign displays a message stating they aren’t taking orders at the front register and that customers should instead use the self-order kiosks in the lobby. The kiosks aren’t even logged in and ready to take orders. I decided to try the drive-thru instead. I pulled up to the intercom, sat, and waited while no one answered the intercom. After several minutes another car pulled up to the other intercom and they took their order right away. When I mentioned I had been sitting there waiting for a while their only response was “what do you want?”. I was completely disgusted on both of my last visits for both the cleanliness and customer service.

I cannot believe how awful this place is. Nothing is refilled like cups Lids straws napkins, the kiosks don’t work, there’s no one at the register, the drink machines are down, there’s no shakes. I don’t even know why this place is open
