Horrible sat in the drive thru at the microphone for 5+ minutes no humans!!! I go in no humans….oh wait all in the back on their phones had to use a kiosk and wait again. Finally a human came with bags had to remind for my drinks. The ppl are rude and act like they’re doing you a favor. NEVER again I don’t care how much my kids complain NO More I’ll spend my $$$ where I’m treated like a customer not an inconvenience. DONE!

Service is slow, and your order will not be correct 75% of the time. That’s on top of getting room temperature fries. Also, please let staff know more salt does not help with room temperature fries.

The place was clean. The service was good i don’t usually use the kiosks to make orders at really any McDonald’s stores i frequent. It wasn’t an issue the attendant was already ready to take my order. My food came fast and hot and the sweet tea was in order!! I have been here in the past where things were not going so well. They are trying thier best with what Mount Vernon has to offer if you live here you know what im talking about. Keep up the positive changes guys!!!

We were rushed through our orders. Then we were missing parts of our orders. My wife is pregnant and got given an undercooked burger, my burger was also undercooked. Every single item we ordered was follow by “Is that all?” By the woman taking our order. We felt like our order was unimportant by comparison to the amount of her time we were taking up placing our order. This was a terrible experience and the next time I want McDonald’s I’ll drive to Evansville to get it.

Ordered a Carmel freppa with choc drizzle was told they couldn’t do , I always get it then was told wasn’t on menu I just got one the day before and it’s on mobile app then was told the machine was broke. I questioned that then a lady came on and said well they were cleaning it. Well !!!! Which is it. I will use my own reason.

I eat here sometimes. I enjoy the number 9 or the mcdoubles. I am busy as I travel for work. So, sometimes I have to stop and eat cheap. Usually I just get the huge breakfast platter from McDonald’s. I love it. I recommend it if you eat out for a cheap meal.
