First of this mods, is usually top notch. But yesterday around 8 pm I went threw drive threw on one person ahead of me so no waiting, I got a medium fry and drink ,pulled away from pay window reach in to grab a few fresh. They were ice cold and grease. There was like a 30 second wait to get them. Usually mods fries are the all time best of any fastfood.

This place is one of the worst ones that I have been to. Totally unorganized! They were messing up order after order. I was waiting for my order and the next thing I know they are calling up orders well past mine. The food was fine but the service definitely needs work. I’ll never go back there again

They advertise they open at 5 am. However the last two weeks at around 5.10 am. They tell you they can’t take your order till another 10 to 15 minutes. If you want a drive through breakfast at 5 am this is not the place!

Not sure how they train their employees but I think they need to be retrained. 4 straight times I’ve order an unsweet tea with my meal and I get a sweet tea every time. Unacceptable! It’s not that hard! Read the damn screen. It was right on it.

The food is great but I drive thru for a frozen coke as often as possible and I get one avout half the time I go there because the machine is always out of order and that’s a pain to wait in line and get up there to find out the machine is out of order but I try and be understanding it just seems like so often it’s out of order..
