I’m not so sure it even deserves one star! We walked up to the counter and stood there for several. Several employees noticed us but none of them acknowledged us. Finally, my husband flagged down someone to take our order. My husband ordered a blah blah value meal to which the you g man replied do you fries or a drink with that? My husband repeated, I’d like a value meal. The you g man said, I don’t know how to ring that up. We flagged down another employee to help him and quickly noticed her “in training” name badge. Needless to say, she was no help. My husband then called to the back of the restaurant to get someone to come take our order. Finally, another young man does that for us. While I wait for our food. A lady and small toddler come into the restaurant and I watch the whole cycle again. She is ignored and her toddler is hungry and getting upset. After several minutes, I explained to her our experience. Shortly after that, they bring out my food and quickly turn back to the kitchen, still totally ignoring the lady and toddler. We only bought two sandwiches, two fries and one drink and half of that was wrong!!

Waited after being pulled up for 15 minutes for 2 happy meals with cold fries. I think they forgot about me cause people behind were given happy meals before me! Happens every time. Always slow and something is always wrong or missing. I’d rather drive a little further away instead of going here again.

It’s people who you interact with aren’t the issue- I’ve rarely had “bad” service, the issue is I so rarely have any service we don’t go to McDonald’s often, but the few times I’ve tried the past year or so, the majority of the time we’ve either left of gotten out of the drive through line. It’s not unusual to wait 30 minutes. Try at your own risk?

I drove thru Hartford city and stopped there was no signs for pick up orders so I drove thru drive thru was not many cars I did my curbside order at 12 noon got my drive thru number was in line by 12:04pm I did not get to the window for my food until 12:34pm when I finally got my food everything was cold and old like it had been just sitting the Mayo was changing to a clearish color fries were ice cold and my drink was completely watered down all completely not ok and didn’t get a I’m sorry for your wait or your food will be ice cold warning I will not be using this one again.

I would rate this McDonald’s a zero if I could. Continually the worst service of any McDonald’s I have ever been to. Prepare to wait at least 20 minutes anytime you order here. I stayed away for a month because of the service, but I decided to get breakfast today. I ordered at 1015 through the mobile app for pickup. At 1040, I walked inside. I got my cold food finally when I walked in. Two workers were smiling and making small talk at the counter like they didn’t have a care in the world. No “sorry about the wait”, no explanation for the terrible service. If I owned this McDonald’s the first thing I would do is fire 90% of the staff and 100% of the managers. I have been to some terrible fast food restaurants and I can honestly say, this is the worst run McDonald’s in America.

Went to the drive-thru sat there for a minute and no one said anything so I said “hello is anyone there” the response I got was “hold on be patient” and it was said with attitude. So needless to say I left and didn’t bother ordering anything. I drove down the road to Burger King instead. McDonald’s you need to teach your employees how to be polite and respectful towards their customers.

Went there two times tonight and waited in line ten minutes each time before waited on. Shorter girl in back with blonde hair was saying the F word every other word. Another girl who was bigger wearing a blue shirt walked by us 2 times to go to the bathroom and didn’t offer to wait on us or acknowledge us. The flies were horrible and not one table was clean. A guy who also waited got tired of waiting and left. We called and talked to the manager Alainah (spelling) and she answered laughing. She had an attitude of she didn’t care and seemed you and immature. She offered nothing but an alright thanks for calling and hung up and offered nothing. WE WILL NOT RETURN.

Its the McDonald’s menu. Most people love it, and most people who don’t eat a lot of fast food don’t like it. If you like that, the food is fine. Some people say that the service here has been slow and problematic for years and it’s only gotten more uneven in the past year. I’ve ordered here twice and haven’t had any issues with order speed or customer service.

Food was horrible, fries were cold & greasy. Could tell they had been in the warmer forever as well as their cheeseburgers. The fish had less than a teaspoon of tarter sauce & the fish tasted strange, old. No excuse for it as they had a long line everything should have been fresh by the time we got to the window to get our food!
