Order number 1341/1 8/31/23 1:39pm. Went to buy both my sisters’ food, two large fries, two large sprites, and one medium water. The food was perfect up until I asked for ketchup. The fat old man at the window said, “If you want more than that, then you can buy a bottle of ketchup at the store,” and they laughed and closed the window. I wish I had his name, and I wish my sisters were not there, so I would have caused a scene. Count your days, fat man. Count your days.

I used to go to this restaurant every day. The last 5 days I ordered a breakfast sandwich, there were large eggshells in the eggs. I started ordering scrambled eggs for breakfast. Now, they have that sweet young thing for a manager. While I was waiting 15 mins or my order that never came before I had to leave, I saw her outside taking pictures of the “cool sun” that was from the Canadian smoke. Another time, I heard an employee tell her about a backup on an order, and she strutted in saying, “it is what it is”. And this morning, she got on the speaker and said she had to go to the freezer and she will be back to take my order. After waiting a few minutes, I left to go across the street to go to Burger King. There is a really nice lady at the pay window. She is always on the ball and knows her job well and is always friendly.

I went here a little before 8pm on 8/19/23 and they never greeted me at the drive thru speaker. I pulled ahead to go up to the window and there was no one in line ahead of me so I was confused why one greeted me. I then waited for a couple more minutes at the window when I noticed another car pulled out of the line behind me and drive off. They then finally greeted me at the window and took my order which was a mobile one and just a drink and fry. I’m not sure why they take so long at the drive thru. It’s like they have no priority to getting people though the line.

I visit this location every other day with my son around the time of 3pm. I honestly just deal with the horrible customer service. I pull up to the drive thru speaker and have to wait minutes to be greeted. There are times I have to say “hello” to get a response or a go ahead to order. On a number of occasions the worker doesn’t tell me my order back and or tell me the price. They just say, “pull up”. Once to the payment window I don’t get any greeting. They just reach for my card and give me my total. Today I asked for sweet and sour sauce and I was only given one container of it. Almost every time I’m asked to pull forward to wait for my meal. A lot of times they have forgotten my sons fries.

They forgot my burger. Got home. The whole family ate but me. Gas light is on, and I can’t make it back. Guy, who handed me the bag, read out my order out loud, saying all here. Thanks. Cornflakes with banana sound fantastic for dinner. My order # was cy25.

Terrible experience. Memorial day hectic. My online order said it was done on the computer screen but noone was willing to help me locate it or answer any questions about it. Typically mobile orders are in the pickup area but it doesn’t really help if no one is willing to take 30 secs to check. In the end I had to cancel my order in the app, wait a few days for a refund and simply reorder in store. No convience in that!!!

This is my favorite McDonalds in town. The workers are super nice and always asking how I am, I usually do curbside and they never mess up my order unlike some of the other McDonalds around the area. A couple times they said that the McCafe machine was down but that’s typical for McDonalds. The location always seems clean whenever I stop by!
