We have been coming to the Berne McDonalds for a couple of years now. The food is always fresh and always the right order. The employees are always nice. We’ve only ever had one issue and that was today when we got a chicken sandwich that was rubbery which we know is not anyone’s fault but the employees made it right for us and were super nice about it.

Staff is great. Food is severely lacking in every aspect. The buns are stale 85% of the time. Testing being done on meat products is terrifying to read and watch. Cold fries alot of the time, Hydrogenated oil for the fries is awful for people. They stopped frying fries in lard in the 90’s. Disappointed in what it’s become. A higher price on sub Parr ” food”. Money over safety and quality never ends up good.
