23 mins for walk in. C02 must be low, no/little carbonation in drink. Double quarter pounder had 1 patty in it, hard on edges, setting out to long in open air. Ordered at 12:18, received at 12:42. What happened? You guys used to kill it.

Their usually not too busy, even during lunch I’ve noticed. Which is nice compared to most other McDonalds locations. Haven’t had real bad luck with orders being screwed up either. Maybe one minor one in maybe 10 orders.

Some times nice staff, usually a long wait. Not always fresh food. Not always the cleanest. Not very well trained employees unless they just don’t pay attention, they mess up our order a lot. We found hair in our food. We try to avoid this one. It is getting better though, they seem to go thru employees pretty quickly. They recently did updates but no bathroom.

I went through the drive-thru on October 5th at 6:19 p.m. The line was very short but the wait was very long. I ordered only a drink and an ice cream cone. When I got to the pickup window she gave me my drink and I had to wait an additional couple of minutes for the ice cream cone. When she came back to the window she had a cup of ice cream and a spoon and told me they were out of cones. I told her the reason I ordered an ice cream cone was because I wanted the cone, not just for the ice cream. She, rudely, said that I got exactly what I paid for. I told her I did not get what I paid for because there was no cone. She told me there is nothing she could do about it. I responded that she could have offered me my money back. She then said I’m welcome to come in to get my money back. I wasn’t willing to waste any more time so, instead, I tried to call after I left. The only number that is listed on Google is a disconnected number. Does this location really receive so many complaints that they disconnected their phone? I would not be shocked. I was disappointed in the product I received but I was much more disappointed with the rudeness of the employee. Hopefully, if anyone at this location cares, they can look at who was at the pickup window on this date and time.

Always terrible service here. Would never come back if it wasn’t the one closest to me. No matter the size of the order, something is always wrong. Today I went inside with my family and tried ordering from the order screen. Went to add drinks to the order and it wouldn’t let me add or remove anything anymore. Went to pay for what we had, knowing we had to make a second order for the drinks, and it said our order was blank. This was a $75 order, mind you, so we just cancelled it and left. No point in reordering that much food. During this, the manger came to the front from the kitchen, saw there was an issue, and went back into the kitchen. We could hear yelling while making our order as well. There were 2 people on break in the dining area, and while I don’t expect them to help us if they’re not getting paid, it would have been awesome if they went into the kitchen to get someone who could help us.
