Every single time we go through the drive thru our order is wrong. Happened again tonight, called the store to ask for a manager.. explained the situation how my order was incorrect, and ALWAYS incorrect and was told, “why do you keep coming here if your order is always wrong?” BY THE MANAGER!!!! I’m sorry but I am a paying customer, it is your JOB to provide correct service to the public and I should be entitled to receive services at this location everyday for every meal if that is what I choose and my order should be correct.

Looked great and clean. What was nice is when I needed something and walked up to the counter, they were attentive and helped right away! That’s rare to have that experience at McDonald’s. Jasmine did a great job! Also the woman manager with blonde hair. Didn’t catch her name but she was great while ringing up our food.

I came to this location for breakfast and I got some breakfast burritos. I asked for some extra sauce since I use it a lot while eating and the manager told the girl in front that I couldn’t have any more. I only had 2 in my bag.

August 6th breakfast time I got some burritos and I didn’t see any sauce in the bag except one. Very poor quality control of product preparation! Be sure you check your order to see if it is correctly done..l ordered 4 hamburgers to go and when l got home l found that none of them had the required condiments. I promptly returned them and asked for my money back.. No apologies or offer to correct the problem… just a worker rolling her eyes . I won’t return here again.

I ordered online and didn’t realize the store didn’t have the peppermint mocha. The lady that served me at the second window had made a coffee already for me then I was told they didn’t have the kind I liked. I asked if I could get a shamrock shake instead and she gave me both and also gave my four toddlers a cup of ice cream for the inconvenience. What a blessing, thank you Dawn!

I was just at the McDonald’s on Miami street and waited and waited while others in the other drive through went through. No one came on to take my order. I said “hello” thinking maybe they didnt know I was there. No response while the other drive through line kept moving. Terrible service. Won’t be back

I went through the drive-thru and I purchased two of their new chicken, the individual who took the order did not inform me that I had a 7 minute wait. I seen other individuals being served and I was confused so I went in to inquire, she was rude and I told her you didn’t inform me of that, for some reason individuals think that they can disrespect customers, and treat us as if we have no value. We are the one spending the money, if we didn’t visit your business they wouldn’t need your help. Your attitude is helping them to replace you with a robot. You need to get a better attitude in a kinder disposition about yourself, because robots are coming to your industry real quick, just check they’re already using them in some McDonald’s in the USA.
