Food was nice and hot which was nice cause a lot of mcd’s anymore aren’t. Cashier asked if we were using a code and I told her yes, then she told us to go ahead and order. Placed our order and they doubled one of our meals and we even checked it at the window and told them to remove the meal they doubled, and the girl said OK I got it. Had to provide my code at the window because she didn’t put it in at the end of my order. Got up to the second window and looked at receipt which showed us that she still had that second meal on there. So, we had some food that went to waste that we ended up paying for thinking it was off of our order. I also asked for extra onion and extra pickle on my bundle deal sandwich and the additional sandwich I ordered and didn’t get any extra onion, heck I barely got regular amount of onions. These kids that work here really need to pay attention to the orders, especially when the customer repeated it at the speaker and then once again asked for it to be read back at the window and still was wrong and asked to be fixed. also, the one that was taking the orders was very rude and was seemingly trying to hurry up and have us take our order and was like it’s fine just ring them out. I know who owns this location, as I use to work for them years ago. This is not how they train or want their customers to be taken care of, I can ensure that. Doesn’t matter what age you are.

Went to Mcdonald’s to grab something fast for dinner for the family and got the food from the drive-thru and went and parked by the door to give everybody their food seen a lady throw her Trash Away inside and mice ran out and she went up and got the lady that was working the drive-thru and she put the mice into cups push them together and bring them out and put them over into the grass I would not and will not recommend the McDonald’s in Granger of all places needless to say my family did not eat their food and we will not be visiting McDonald’s no more I recommend do not.

They mess our order up every time. They always short my kid a nugget or two. Quadruple onions if I ask for no onions. But I keep going back like a chump because my kid likes the nuggets.

I’ve avoided McDonald’s for years now. They all seemed to be dirty and have lousy service BUT this one was clean, good service, and the food was great. They are definitely the exception to the normal McDonald’s.

Well luckily I wasn’t expecting much from this McDonald’s. Went to McDonald’s today 6/7 for breakfast spent over $21. First didn’t put one of our sandwiches in the bag had to go in and get it. Secondly on my way to work I opened my sandwich which was a steak egg and cheese bagel and they put a sausage patty on it. I’m really tired of the constant issues with this McDonald’s. It’s really tiring I’m fed up with it I suggest not going to this McDonald’s all they do is mess this is the 4th time since the beginning of May. Went today 12/09 can’t even get a diet soda correct. Shows real promise.

Food was just meh. Was expecting it to be better as it is located in the much desirable Granger, IN area. Restrooms needed to be cleaned and owner needs to put some money into updating this place a.s.a.p. You see other mc.donalds in bad areas of the city that look 10 times better/updated than this 1960’s style that it has going on.

Rudest manager ever I was very nice and polite in returning my food because the buns were clearly dried out and hard instantly gets attitude towards me rips bag out of my hand and very violently throws it in the trash no apology nothing but attitude and its nit like I made the Food your employees did give them some attitude not the customer !!!!!
