I didn’t have a chance to sample the food nor did I have a chance to experience any service because I was told to wait one moment and the car in the other lane ordered ahead of me even though they showed up after me. I don’t normally leave comments like this however, I have had nothing but issues with attitude, rushing to get me through the drive-thru, and sounds of disgust when I ask questions from this McDonald’s only. I understand that we are allowed to have bad days, but if it is a constant, no matter what time of day, minus breakfast rush, there seems to be something wrong with the store itself.

Food was good when I received it 13 minutes after ordering, meal was brought out to my table with the drink. Ordered unsweetened tea, but got sweet tea. No tea for refills in the dining room. Also no napkins or ketchup brought with the meal or available in the dining room. Had to go back up to the counter to get these, and was given 1 napkin and 2 ketchup packets. Talk about being stingy.

This specific location has gone through some very positive changes. The employees are attentive, kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The dining and restrooms are typically well kept and clean (I always give grace during the busy times of day when it’s “all hands on deck” to tend to get food to guests quickly).

Every time I come here is an issue, either they don’t take the order right or mess up simple directions, forget something etc. the last time I came here I was told to pull up to get my coffee then the girl at the drive through told me to go to number 1 to continue waiting for ONE COFFEE. I was there for over 10 mins until I called the restaurant and no one knew they had me pulled up lol… this was 5/30/23 horrible service lately…
