They ran out of coffee on a Sunday morning. Had to wait for coffee while my Big breakfast got cold. I mentioned this to the manager and she refunded the coffee. But her attitude and demeanor was very snotty. So I asked for a refill on the coffee and she was indignant! I’ve been going to the Boyd Avenue McDonalds for many years. I think my customer loyalty is worth a cup of coffee. Never again! The customer service at all Mc Donald’s has markedly declined.

I would give it a 2 star rating but my chicken nuggets were hot. But my sons sandwich was horrible. Someone emptied the container of mayo on his sandwich and the cheese was all bunched up to one side. The manager took our order, she was friendly, but that’s were the service ended. Our drinks were put out quickly, but our food took forever, as we watched the drive thru and doordash orders going out order after order. There were only 4 cars in the drive thru were we got there. It wasn’t until I said something that we got our order fairly quickly.

Every time I go to drive thru I have to wait for my food. Something as simple as a cheeseburger or McNuggets shouldn’t have to wait. They need to get their act together.

Unfortunately I don’t know what the problem make Donald’s has all the time with screwing up orders even though you specifically State what you want. I visit this McDonald’s on Boyd boulevard sometimes three times a week for breakfast. My husband and I were basically the most expensive thing on the menu which is the steak bagel meal. I don’t really care for their folded eggs so I always ask to have my egg put on the side. 6 out of 10 times they get my order correct the other times they messed my order up. Also the app doesn’t work you try to use the code to get to the window and your does not work. then you lose your point and I don’t know how to get those back I’ve sent emails to corporate I haven’t received a reply nor have I got any of my points back!!!!

I could hear a Certain employee who was in the kitchen, all the way in the dining room, over all of the normal restaurant Noises… As a matter of fact I could still hear her when I left the building….. McDonald food is always good , but needs to train its employees on how to be more professional
