Wish I could give zero stars but I guess I can only give one so they can have that I guess I waited in line for 45 minutes in drive through to be given raw food. My daughter’s quarter pounder with cheese was completely raw inside. So I’m not sure why I waited 45 minutes in the first place if my food was raw this place needs to be shut down or completely re staffed. They even screwed up on returning my money back to my card its been 2weeks and still no money back. SMH…..

This McDonald’s is horrible! I try to order two Big Macs and they give me two McDoubles. And they’re not even McDoubles one only has one patty and pickles The other sandwich has two patties four tomatoes enough lettuce for a salad and smothered in mayo… (Picture attached is supposed to be a big Mac) what a joke!! This is my second time at this McDonald’s with horrible horrible experience. Highly do not recommend this McDonald’s at all

The the drive-thru is really slow I was picking up an order for doordash and it took me at least 45 minutes to get through the drive-thru. They also had door dash people standing outside of one of the doors. It was 11:28 pm and the inside was closed. That is very unsafe for the door dash ppl especially the way ppl are these days. Smh someone needs to get with the manager and the employees and see who was doing what or if they need more ppl.

They forgot our sauce at the window. When we came back through, the team member lectured us about how they usually cost 30 cents each. We had two nugget dinners and asked for four sauces. I’m 41 years old, and no one has ever acted like they were doing me a favor for giving me sauce I ordered. He got an attitude with my wife when she accidentally interrupted him. I would have much rather paid the 1.20 than deal with this guys bad attitude.

Went over there with my kids. I had to wait over 25 minutes for my order to get ready and when I finally brought it it was the wrong order to return it. I understand that it’s a busy location but they need better training will be going to a different one from now on.

They were very rude to me. Their customer service is atrocious especially when asking them to hand me my food order while they were just standing around chit chatting it up with their fellow employees(mobile order sitting getting gold on the shelf behind them+me showing them the receipt).They lock the doors so anyone with a mobile order aren’t even actually able to pick it up in the morning. I shouldn’t have to convince someone to give me food I paid for.
