Every single time I go to this McDonald’s, my fries are completely raw, almost frozen. They are totally inedible. It doesn’t matter the time of day either. It’s EVERY time. Maybe the management at this McDonald’s should go down the road to Wendy’s to see how to make fries correctly. It’s not rocket science. Customers would rather wait for edible fries than be given raw ones they can’t even eat. Do better.

Everything is undercooked. The fries are ridiculously raw, just barely hot. Nuggets are not much better. Tip: LEAVE EVERTHING IN THE FRYER FOR TWO MORE MINUTES THAN YOU THINK IT NEEDS.

There is a lot to unpack at this store. I’ll start with my experience pulling into the drive thru, I just wanted 2 large drinks and that was it. When I pulled into my lane I was very rudely met with “Can I help you?” First off that is not how you speak to a customer under any circumstances. Second, where was the “will you be using your rewards today?”, oh yeah, non existent. When I pulled to the window and tried to express my concern I was brushed off. When I got to the next window to get my drinks, I was met with a dirty look from a teenage girl. Sweetie, I don’t care if your parents forced you to get this job, fake it till you make it. They make you sit for 4 hours watching videos on customer service, learn from them. When I called and spoke with the manager to get the store number to call corporate she hung up on me and when I called back, she gave me the wrong store number. Best believe I called corporate and reported that store. I work at McDonald’s, I know how it’s supposed to be ran, this is not it. Corporate, look at all these reviews talking about the service. Do something about it! Give the jobs to the people who actually want to work and not snobby teenagers who are going to have an attitude all day. I will keep reporting and calling nonstop about this until something is done about it!

The first couple of times I visited this McDonald’s was great! Everything was fresh, friendly staff, clean store. From what I can see the store is still clean, most of the time I go I’m in the drive thru.

Gave me wrong sandwich when I brought receipt in and showed them they gave me wrong said manager refused to give me right one this isn’t the 1st time they messed up my order and refused to make it right even when shown proof from receipt I feel like McDonald’s should do a lot better when it come to cust service

For the past three weeks in a row this specific location has showed no considerate customer service! I think to frequent this location since I work close by however the woman in the second window is incredibly rude and ruins the entire experience. Today, I asked for sauce for the 20 piece nugget that I just paid for she said that they were in my bags and they were not.. I offered for her to check she said no and shut the window in my face. So, I waited. When she finally opened the window back up a good two minutes later she said “oh my God” loud enough for me and my passengers to hear and handed me one barbecue sauce for my 20 piece nugget. I waved trying to get someone else’s attention but was met with an eye roll from another employee. Both of which refused to give me their names!

The more we go here the more were disappointed. They leave parts out of your orders or they mess up what’s not supposed to be on it…. it used to be the best place to go with kids and the play place , kids just love it but it’s always packed inside, must be why the drive thru is overlooked?
