The order was correct, and Brian was exceptionally polite and paid for our light lunch. The food was as expected, the place was clean (as were the bathrooms), and Brian made our day!

Went to the drive thru today and place two meal orders. With no explanation, I’m told to wait at the reservation drive-thru parking spot. After I see 5 cars go through and get their food and leave, I drive back thru the drive thru to ask what was going on and that I haven’t received my food yet. The kid working the window tells me it’s a 5 minute wait for the quarter pounder, to go back and wait. 45 minutes later I’m still waiting! Would have been nice to be told that before placing the order. Or even been told why I had to wait. Worst service I have ever had! I don’t care how short staff you may be, given an explanation at the beginning, I would at least had the option to decide if I wanted it or not.

Terrible service. I went through the drive-thru. We had a small order, but were told to pull up to Space #1…..no big deal. When the food did come out, I made the comment that I wanted to check it quick, but the girl turned and walked right back in without even acknowledging what I said at all. Of course the order was wrong. I went back in and, after standing there for a couple minutes listening to the 2 workers talk about who was closing, I had to interrupt them to get help. The lady handed me the food that was short and didn’t apologize for it being incorrect at all. I didn’t say anything after that….just grabbed my food and left. After getting home and sitting down to eat, I realized that my request for no pickles and no mustard didn’t work out very well. At the end of the day, I understand that mistakes happen. It just seems to happen all the time here. There’s a reason that people line up around the building at all hours for Chick-fil-A.

I decided to stop at this location for lunch with my grandma while out running errands. We waited forever at the counter only to be ignored. We needed to pay cash. I ordered through the kiosk and selected the “pay cash at counter” option. I then waited nearly twenty minutes before anyone came to take my money. A guy came over at one point and looked at the ticket and said “just a minute” and walked away to stand there doing nothing. When the “manager” finally came up to take my cash, he said he was sorry but he was dealing with something in the drive through. The customer he was complaining about had come into the store to speak with him.

I frequent this McDonald’s because it is the only one on my way home during my commute from work. The staff, specifically the teens, are extremely rude!!! Every time I go through the drive thru, the service is bottom tier. They’re extremely dismissive and act like the customer is a bother when it’s literally their job to take an order. The management at this location is doing a terrible job at training their staff on customer service and I’m not sure if it’s simply reflective of the way they’re treated or these teens are just entitled and feel superior to a paying customer. It’s extremely off putting and to top it off, they get MOBILE orders wrong. There’s simply no excuse!

This is a great location. The older gentleman working is always so polite. However; there are some very rude teens at this location. Called and spoke with the Manger who you could tell could careless. But there is one teen who was extremely ride in the drive thru.

This is the most convenient location on my way to work but the worst service ever. My order is always wrong, this mooring got pancakes and got to work no syrup or butter but randomly had melted M&M’s in my bag. I have went out of my way to stop at other locations but wanted to give them a shot again and literally blew it with the same repeated issues!!!!

They are very rude. I was having hearing issues in the 2nd drive up lane, they refused me service when I drove up to the payment window to place my order there. The management got involved and made it infinitely worse. The food is not worth the hassle that I went through. I’ll never frequent this McDonald’s again.
