Horrible management leads to horrible service! Unfortunately I went to this location twice and both times, not pleased with the service. First time got my order with two carmel macchiatos literally white milk heated with carmel syrup… while having several sips on the way home, I noticed that my coffee wasn’t tasting right. After returning home, I decided pouring them in the sink, I could see nothing but all white milk mixed with syrup. Yesterday 5/19/23, I did the mobile order and accidentally put in this location. When I realized it was this location, I wasn’t able to change it. I decided to just hope it was a different manager and maybe I would get good service. That didn’t happen, had to go inside after waiting in my vehicle for 8 minutes for my food. Had to asked the manager for my food that was just sitting on the counter and he never apologized for the wait. He actually acted as if I done something wrong… I will never ever patronize this location ever again.

I mean it’s ok. I’ve been to worse. The food is alright and they always get my order correct so they got that going for them. But the inside is buttcheeks. The staff could careless about you (except for that guy in the drive through but he always wants you to fill out the survey and that gets kinda annoying, but he’s nice and seems like a good dude so I do them) yeah the chairs are uncomfortable but at least its clean. I think if that just hired some people who actually cared or were a little more friendly it’d be 4-5 stars worthy, right now just a two.

If I can give this location zero stars I would! They charged me 3 times for my meal & some Angela girl said,” deal with it and to call my bank”, she then hung up! She’s unprofessional, rude, and not sure who let her be in charge, but clearly didn’t train her right. Also, every time I go here, the fries are old, brown, and saggy. Avoid this mcdonalds as people who work here do not care about their customers!

Went through the drive through and ordered a meal (ordered by meal number to be clear). Went to pay and then get food and was not given the French fries that came with my meal. The worker argued with me about what I ordered and, sure enough, the cashier didn’t charge me for the meal, just the sandwich and drink. When I explained that my order was not properly received, the worker refused to help and instead, just sat at the window staring at me. He was very rude, even my McDonalds standards. Now you must take the time to check your receipt before moving to the next window.

I went there last night for a large coffee and the old dirty looking man running the drive thru was rude because I ordered 6 cream n 6 sugar. I got to the window n he said not much room for coffee. I said excuse me and went to hand him my credit card n he slammed the window in my face. He would not open it up so I left. It’s very upsetting.

this is the second time and second review i’ve left, i’ve gone to this mcdonald’s and asked for a double cheese burger with only cheese and mustard and y’all have LOADED my cheeseburger with mayo instead. what is going on?? like is this a joke? different people working each time to so how does this happen twice now? its not just that they put mayo on it instead of mustard it’s the AMOUNT of mayo being put on the cheese burger, coming from someone who does like mayo (not on my mcdonald’s burger) the amount of mayo is disgusting

I’m rating this only as a McDonald’s vs McDonald’s comparison, as I think we all know what to expect. Usually they’re fairly quick but sometimes it’s slow. The food always feels like it’s put together with a disregard for the fact it’s going to be eaten. Very little care per meal.

This McDonald’s is the worst one I have been to in a while ! I stopped eating McDonald’s for a little bit because they can not ever get the oder right? It’s not hard I promise the put so much ketchup on my daughter burger no way she coul eat it I will put pics up Im done the picture of mcrib is not even showing what was wrong the meat was under the bun I put it on there the frie well as you can see they are not even half full and they was so hard just sick ! Oh and the Manager is a rude old lady that should not even work there she was so rude!
