If I could give zero stars I would. This location is hit or miss. Some days it’s perfect, other days it’s the complete opposite. Today was one of those days. I ordered a large fry and this is what I got. You wouldn’t think it would be that hard to scoop fries into a fry box, but maybe it’s harder than it sounds. Point being, I ordered and paid for a large fry, but was basically given a medium. Get it together

Tonight I went to order food for my family… I had just ordered a number 3 & 7 with a happy meal ( Which isn’t a crazy amount of food) The WHOLE TIME I got are you done? Are you done? While I’m trying to order my food!! This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this at this Ada location either. It was extremely rude and we will definitely not be back.

Went to drive thru to order. It took several times repeating the order for them to get it right. Once we got the food we had to wait a long time for them to make the sundae. The food was terrible. Bun on my quarter pounder was very hard. I ordered the fries cooked to order and they came out old and brown. Will never go back to this mcdonalds again.

Food looked and tasted like it had sat for some time after it was made. We were there at 5:45pm and the drive through line was extremely long (wrapped around the building and nearly onto the street). So don’t feel like it was the time of day that provided this food taste experience. Fries were cold and undercooked. Soda was flat in taste. Over all an underwhelming experience. Will we be back, probably because Ada has limited fast food.

Went today with granddaughters and inside area was disgusting. Food, paper and just plain dirty. Not 1 table was clean and trash bins were overflowing. Only 1 other family there already eating and 6 cars in drive thru…so surely someone would of had time to clean the inside. Poor management when you see this….
