I bought a latte in the drive through line that came out tasting like it had absolutely no coffee in it, just milk. I went inside and asked for coffee to be added and the employees made a big show of “adding” espresso, only to hand back to me the exact same latte in a bigger cup that was no darker or more coffee flavored than before.

The food was good, but ordering it was weirdly difficult. The drive thru attendant was insistent that I was ordering something that didn’t exist (a double cheeseburger). Eventually, she rang me up for a double cheeseburger, but it was a bizarre interaction that could have been easily remedied without telling me that I didn’t know what I was talking about.

Family got 4 Big Macs all were cold and the bread was the most stale disgusting bread I’ve ever seen from a McDonald’s. Patties were also literally not even on the sandwiches.

The mcdonalds on e state street is under employed , and needs a manager that is experienced , today i had to instruct the manager to cook my order even though it was not seen on the app so i walked into the kitchen and watched them cook the order that was already paid for .

Staff is friendly, but service can be terrible, very slow. Usually not crowded, but not always clean. I would have to say the earlier in the day the better. If you’re on this side of town this can be a good stop, but if you could avoid it, I’d say to try and find a different stop.
