I got a drivethrough, and my order was handed to the car in front of me. They gave it back and got their food. I came up and was handed the same bag of food the car in front dug through already. When I asked, I was told they remade it… it was 30 seconds. The person in the window just kept insisting it was remade.

The service was horrible, I gave the lady boy a 25 dollar gift card, and a 20 dollar bill for a 32 dollar order. She put 8$ on my gift card and asked me for 3 mor dollars. Then she got mad because she messed up. No common sense! 1st manager was just as ignorant 2nd manager was cool. I think the the 2nd manager was the only one that could add and subtract. She did give us cookies.

Ordered for pickup through the app. Order was accepted and then claimed as ready, “please pull through drive thru with code on app”. It was 950pm when we ordered and they were a little busy in drive thru and a 8 person family eating in dining room. When we get to the speaker we are told sorry we are closed, you’ll have to go to a different McDonald’s. But clearly my payment went to this location so I can’t just pick up wherever I’d like…I just doesn’t work that way. I preceded to explain since they didn’t seem to understand and both a man and a woman came over the speakers separately being rude as hell to my family and I. I was charged and didn’t get any of our food yet Google said they were open until 11pm and the app said now serving till 11:59pm. It seemed that the 4 or 5 workers on this shift just didn’t want to work any longer after the short rush of cars in front of us. They claimed they have no order from us and kept yelling to go to another McDonald’s. I will not come back to this location on miamisburg-centerville road after the disrespectful way we were talked to and arguing with me over my order which was humiliating and very unprofessional. This location keeps getting worse, and this was by far the worst we’ve dealt with. They could have atleast been nice about it and say they’re closing early due to short staff or whatever reason. Btw they were definitely not short on staff because they were all laughing thinking they way they talked to us like we were stupid and being rude was funny because it definitely was not. I plan on contacting the owner or corporate whichever and making sure I get my money back so I can take my business elsewhere. This place is definitely going to lose alot of business if this continues.

Super slow service, no matter what time of day you visit. I also hate how the inside is insanely unwelcoming. No one at the counter. No napkins, straws, condiments, nothing but tables and chairs. Nothing says, “we don’t want to interact with humans” more.

So, I get my 2 grandbabies on some weekends, they are Kami age 6 and Legend age 2.5. On our way home for the evening we stop so I could feed them. I ordered a large 10 piece chicken nugget meal. So after a long day of playing, fighting, fussing and just being kids, they are hungry and sleepy so I give them both a nugget each which means I take 2 from my 10 piece meal I just ordered and paid for. So I let them both eat one on way home and once we get there I make their plates which ended up being a total of 3 nuggets on each plate and maybe a half of a measuring cup of fries each. I know how to add, multiply, subtract, divide, fractions, decimals as well as I have plenty of common sense so I know ad I’m making their plates that somebody made a couple mistakes, no big deal, so I call them soon as I notice. The manager whose name is Kendra, ot even with the smallest amount of understanding, apologetic nor patient with my situation, she very rudely told me that since I gave the kids 1 nugget each and because it wad not the full 10 piece I ordered that there is nothing she can nor will do because I don’t have all of the food. So I said even if I didn’t give kids a nugget each on way home I stoll wouldn’t have all the good I ordered because I DIDNT GET ALL THE FOOD I ORDERED AND PAID FOR. She again, very rudely said sorry there’s nothing she can do and to have a nice Nighy. She’s rude, could careless and was NOT at all birn with, taught growing up or even trained to have even a small understanding type of personality or caring type of heart especially once she was informed this was a meal for two children under the age of 3 which made no difference to her. When you work for a multi billion dollar company, it should take very little, if any, common sense to know that 2 nuggets and a handful of fries will not make or break such a majorly successful company and then you still refuse to give 2 nuggets and a small fry for 2 small children just to be fair and make up for your crews mess up, you are not management material and you belong nowhere near being a person who serves the public daily or have any other type of contact with any other people.
