I come to this McDonald’s pretty often, at least once a week. They very rarely make mistakes with my food if at all (and customer service workers are human so I try to understand!), and with it being one of the only cheap food places in Crestline it can get quite busy yet they are always fast. I pulled up to a line wrapped around the building and got my order taken and food given to me in less than 10 minutes. They are normally always friendly as well. I have to give it to the workers at this location, they do try their best despite what’s going on right now in the world with service workers.

My standards for McDonald’s are pretty low in general but this one if absolutely awful. It’s not uncommon to be missing something or it’s made wrong altogether. Most employees have a bad attitude, a couple girls at the windows are particularly terrible. Addressing any problems you have with your order is met with eye rolls and nasty tone. We’ve gotten gypped on fries before but this is by far the worst, not even halfway on a large. It’s a shame because there’s no other fast food in town but we’ll be sure to avoid any McDonald’s in the area because most are owned by the same family and it’s apparent they aren’t interested in fixing because it’s been like this for years. The pictures are my fries straight out of the bag, it’s not like they were filled and then settled, they just weren’t even filled halfway.

The worst mcdonald’s I’ve ever been to and have no interest in ever returning. They have no customer service skills. I literally go out of my way to avoid crestline ohio mcdonald’s. Stood waiting for half hour for a manager to simply make a call to the mcdonald’s my mobile or went to instead she told me there’s nothing they could do. Sent an employee back and forth instead of coming out to handle it. To much for management to do their job. So drove to the mcdonald’s in Bellville and not only was the management understanding but made every effort to correct the mistake. Thank you. Jennifer at Bellville store your awesome

Just went in for gift cards for the grandkids and they had to go to the back because they were out at the front. It is Valentines day and all they had were Christmas gift cards. You would think that Corporate would have made sure they were up to date on holidays. Even generic MD cards would have been better. At least I was able to get what I went in for.

This McDonald’s has always been nice folks working there and being able to get in and out quickly. McDonald’s always keeps a great consistency with their food no matter which location you eat at it tastes the same. So they are not re inventing the fast food game but they know what they are doing. I tried the new crispy bacon ranch sandwich. It’s ok but I will have to give the tip of the hat to Wendy’s on chicken sandwiches. Watch the videos and see what you think.

Worst McDonald’s around food 8 times out of 10 is old and they always give half full old fires, not even half full mac sauce that you pay for. And they are always messing orders up. They have one good male manager and that’s it.
