Service was disappointing – it is as if they are trained to ignore the customers now! Myself and several other customers stood at the counter for minutes before anyone acknowledged us. When I was given my food, I started to ask a question and the girl just walked away. She came back a moment later and asked what I needed, and then told another employee to get it without saying another word to me! The food was ok, but I really hate when the staff is not pleasant. Oh, and the sweet tea tasted very weak and did not have much of a sugar taste.

I brought my family here to grab some lunch. I noticed from the employee telling me thank you for holding the door for her, that this would be one of the better McDonald’s restaurants. I absolutely can’t stand ordering from the touchscreen kiosk but the same employee that thanked me, helped me with my order to correct it. When the food came out, it was hot & fresh. That is very unusual these days especially at fast food joints. I noticed the gorgeous blonde manager helping out as well. She brought out the kids mcnuggets on the tray. She was getting ready to leave and I heard her asking her crew if they were OK and if they needed anything at all and if they were absolutely sure. I could just tell that she definitely knew how to manage unlike most places I’ve been to. I had a chance to catch her before she left and I told her to keep up the great work managing. She gave me the most beautiful smile and told me thank you and to have a great weekend. This is how all McDonald’s should be. 5 stars for this McDonald’s location. I’m glad we stopped in for lunch. Keep up the great work and don’t change a thing!

I don’t know where you hire your workers from but I just ordered 2 Sprites and I could of gotten the order rang up and got them myself in the time it took them to decide to wait on me. They were more interested in waiting on the drive thru. If there was negative stars I’d definitely took advantage of them.

As I pulled into the drive thru with my app set on the .29 milkshake with the purchase of a full priced shake, I was hopeful, but fully prepared to get the news that the ice cream machine wasn’t working. This was the first time I’ve ordered from this location, so I’m not specifically directing the expectation of disappointment to them. My boyfriend had gone to the downtown Canton and Dueber locations earlier in the day and neither had a working ice cream machine, so this was my last ditch attempt at purchasing strawberry goodness. To my absolute joy I finally found my Holy Grail, earning this location what I believe to be my first perfect score granted to a fastfood restaurant. I hope that other locations step up their game and run the machines through the cleaning cycle in the middle of the night like they’re supposed to so that people can buy a dag gone shake once in awhile!

I don’t know what happened to McDonald’s. There are new walls to hide the workers, almost no human interaction anymore. Workers complain they need to make more money, and now they do, but their work ethic has become worse. McDonald’s still has a good breakfast sandwich, and it’s a great, not so fast breakfast anymore!

I just would like to give a shoutout to Deni. I went thru the drive thru a couple nights ago and was having trouble choosing what I wanted, as well as my passenger. We probably sat there for 5 minutes (no there wasn’t anyone behind us lol…) She was so kind and didn’t rush us at all. She even helped us with some questions. Terrible service waited 20 minutes for my food in a drivethru parking spot only to be given 5 orders that werent mine then had to go inside to find out were the food was. When i got it it was cold and sandwich wrappers were unfolded. Others were complaining as well.
