Drive thru closes at 12am, pulled into drive thru at 11:30 for a simple hamburger. No one greeted me. All the outside lights were off. I work across the street and know they’re open till midnight. Like come on do better. If you don’t want customers to come 30 mins before you close change your hours or change who manages night shift. Pathetic excuse of a night crew.

I would give a 5 at the pay window, however its the pickup window service that is the most unfriendly. I give it a 2. They hand the food out the window and often they don’t even look at you, or say anything. they even have talked to someone inside looking at them with your food hanging out, and don’t even wonder if you may have a request like, can i have some ketchup!! No eye contact at all! I think this should change.

I was charged twice for the same meal in December of 2022 of $24.97 in the drive-through. The restaurant directed me to a customer service line. They have logged my call 3 times. Customer service says it’s a local store issue. I’ve yet to get a call back. I even have the duplicate charge on the receipt. They don’t care. A local issue indeed.

I usually have a great experience at this McDonald’s but tonight I picked my dinner and I get attitude. This was over a hour before closing…fast food is hard to work in. But you do not cop an attitude with customers because you don’t like the job. There’s plenty of other jobs right now.
