It’s bad enough that we couldn’t use the restrooms without teenagers harassing us, or my wife as she’s refilling a pop, but what is extremely bad is when my 5 year old tells me she’s not comfortable playing because they won’t stop staring at her. To make matters worse, you’re lovely staff sure shared some good laughs with them.

Not greeted at food window. In fact, the employee did not say a word to me even as I left. There was Carmel syrup dripping all around outside of my cup, and I was not given any Napkins in my bags until I asked for them. All other points of interaction with the employees were fine.

I come here often. They utilize the reserved drive-thru parking spaces way too often so they can rush orders through that they can’t keep up with, to the point where they have people parked everywhere and poor worker kids running around trying to figure out who ordered what. I think next time I’m not moving from the window until I’m handed my order. Maybe they’ll stop taking orders they can’t handle, and focus on getting the orders they already have out first.

Messed up my order, this is a daily thing with them! I have never got an order that was made right or what I paid for! No customer service or hey here’s a refund or an additional item for the mishaps! The manager is condescending to the customers. Always tries to challenge them when orders are rang up wrong or handed out wrong! Take the extra drive and go to Lorain or Sandusky cause this McDonald’s is not it

ordered 2 crispy chicken sandwiches and a quarter pounder, fries, 2 drinks, when we get to pick up window, we are told that to ensure we get hot fresh fries, we need to pull to spot 4, after about 6 minutes our food arrives, very cold sandwiches and cool fries… thanks

So this was the worst experience I ever had at the vermilion McDonalds we are therefore minutes before they closed we are actually in the line at the drive-thru as they proceeded to shut the lights off on us and pretend we were not there all we wanted was two coca colas. We were there in time and the car that pulled in when we did was served. We tried to get their attention to get two drinks how hard was that apparently way way to hard for them then they would not even answer the phone . I will gladly drive to Oberlin ave in Lorain next time they are a way better restaurant and have great customer service. Vermilion take some lessons
