Did every McDonald’s become a made to order service program? It seems no matter what time of day I come breakfast, lunch, dinner I’m ALWAYS PULLED INTO A WAITING SPOT! I order the food online, pulled. I order it at the drive thru , pulled. No matter what if it’s some sort of non beverage I’m pulled every time. You know it’s a problem when there are more waiting spots and curbside pick up spots than actual parking spots for the place. HIGHLY disappointed. The craziest part of it all is even when I’m pulled I have to go back in to retrieve the nugget sauces that they didn’t remember to put in the bag. What’s the purpose of making me wait if I still end up with missing pieces and old food.

Service was excellent. However, if the food doesn’t give you a heart attack, the prices will. $3 for a four piece of nugget. $4 for a double cheeseburger. Hope the employees are being paid at least $15 an hour for such expensive food costs. Geez.

There is always a wait when you come here. It’s always “pull in to a spot while we get your food ready”. Been a problem for years. Then when you get your food, the sandwiches are sloppy or not made how you asked for them. Too bad it’s the only fast food (that’s never fast) in LaGrange.

This place has really gone downhill. The meat on the big Mac was about the thickness of a quarter, the bun on the filet o fish wasn’t how I remember it. I had to pull out of line on the drive thru and wait for my food. Now I remember why I stopped eating there. It really sucks now! I’ll never eat at a McDonald’s again!

I mean what can I say it’s McDonald’s but the reason that I wanted to comment was the machine that they have in the lobby that you’re supposed to order your food on now was malfunctioning. So I ended up going up to the counter and when I did I placed my order but it wouldn’t let me use the coupon for buy one Big Mac get one free because it said I had just used it on the machine. Which I had entered in my code however the order had not gone through. So I was like oh that sucks… And the lovely little lady she was an older lady at the counter that took my order was so nice and she said don’t even worry about it. Those silly machines never work right… These companies just think they can replace people with robots and I keep telling them it’s not gonna work…you always need people. And I thought about it for a minute while I was waiting for my food oh and by the way she did give me my discount of buy one get one free even though the machine ate my code. But I thought about it while I was waiting for my food and she’s right I mean she was the sweetest little lady I’ve met in quite some time and I would have been really unhappy with my experience at that McDonalds If it wasn’t for her. Honestly I probably would have just walked out without getting anything. It was really nice to have a nice person, not a machine, help me.
