If you want your food right, don’t come to this location. Half the time they forget half your order, give you someone else’s or the employees are nasty and give attitude for no reason. If you want good McDonald’s, go to the one at Loves.

I ordered my food at 8:55am and did not receive it until a few minutes after 9:20am. I watched many others get their meals before me, when I ordered way before them. I tried to approach a worker while she was up front, to ask her about where my food was. She completely ignored and walked off, back to the kitchen. Another worker came up to me and finally asked me what I ordered and I showed her my receipt, that obviously stated I paid. The worker that previously ignored me, started arguing with the other worker about how I “didn’t pay”, I had a receipt that clearly showed I paid. I finally got my food after around a total 30 minutes of waiting. However, I ordered a Sausage Egg Cheese McGriddle and they gave me a Bacon McGriddle instead. I could not even enjoy my meal, because it took so long and I had barely any time to eat, because I had to walk back to school in order to get to my finals on time. McDonald’s is a fast food joint, there is no reason it should be taking this long to get my food.

Waited in our car up front because the fries were still cooking. Worker brought out our food 5+ minutes later, and we were still missing the fries! Went inside to receive them, 7+ teenagers were running amuck and the staff seemed clueless. Definitely disappointed in service.

Just left the Conneaut McDonald’s good thing I checked my cup of coffee before I pulled away from the window because it wasn’t even 3/4 of a cup full and it was barely lukewarm and I had ordered a medium so then I had to pull aside and sit there and wait for about 3 or 4 minutes well my French fries got cold while my chicken nuggets got cold while I was waiting for the coffee the girl was very nice and apologetic but this McDonald’s location is going downhill rapidly
